1. (QB) Jack Risner Jack Risner 6'5" | 220 lbs | QB Blackman | 2023 State TN (6’5 220) – Blackman
Strengths: Big pocket presence with a powerful right arm; Risner works in a college style offense, so he can make all the throws; Poised and calm under pressure; Keeps his eyes down field; Good enough athlete to work outside of the pocket
Weaknesses: His overall athleticism; While deceptive, his mobility needs continued development; Can sometimes throw into traffic with his gunslinger mentality
Overview: Risner is one of the best pure passers from our in-state 2023 crop. He has all the physical traits from a size and arm talent stand point that translates well to the D1 football level. His mid-season film shows enhanced football knowledge of how and when to get rid of the ball and where to place it for his receivers to make plays. His pocket awareness has improved as well as he feels comfortable moving in and around the pocket to find an open receiver. Risner has more work to do with his athleticism and overall mobility but his passing skills fit well on the next level with a Pro-Style offense that can showcase his arm talent.
Offers: Eastern Ky, UT-Martin
2. ‘24 (QB) Aidan Glover Aidan Glover 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Collierville | 2024 State TN (6’3 195) – Collierville
Strengths: Glover is a well built guy with a big arm that can send it deep down field; He is an effortless thrower that shows college level arm strength; Glover scans the field very well, keeping his eyes down field; He shows strong pocket awareness as well as the ability to tuck it and run; Athletic and mobile
Weaknesses: Continued work on his mechanics; They are solid but a small tweek with his release would help; Enhancing his footwork and quickness with his feet
Overview: This guy screams Power Five upside. When looking over his film, Glover shows all the traits and signs of a big time college quarterback with the potential to take his talents even further. The Dragons junior signal caller does need to keep developing his game in every facet possible but his film shows maturity and poise beyond his years and his play has been a big reason why Collierville sits undefeated six weeks into the season. His recruitment has yet to explode but I expect that to change very soon as more college coaches watch over his junior film.
Offers: Austin Peay
3. (RB) A.D. Crutcher A.D. Crutcher 5'10" | 175 lbs | RB Red Bank | 2023 TN (5’10 175) – Red Bank
Strengths: Speed; Playmaking abilities; Shows great initial burst and continued acceleration throughout his run; Displays excellent vision and the ability to change direction quickly; Crutcher has the ability to flex out wide and play slot or catch passes out of the backfield.
Weaknesses: Power, weight; Lower body strength; Crutcher is slight but has a frame that can take on more weight; Pass blocking
Overview: One of the more underrated offensive talents in this state, Crutcher is a playmaking back that would help a variety of schools on the collegiate level. His speed and burst alone is something that can be utilized in multiple ways but once he is able to put on more weight and gain more power, Crutcher can develop into an every down back. One thing that looks to be improved when looking at his mid-season film is his vision and ability to find the hole in the open field. This is a talented football that deserves more college looks. His recruitment has yet to take off but Crutcher is the kind of guy that gets overlooked early and explodes late due his speed and overall athleticism.

4. ‘24 (RB) Damon Sisa Damon Sisa 5'8" | 165 lbs | RB Houston | 2024 State TN (5’8 165) – Houston
Strength: Speed; Playmaking abilities; Excellent vision and the ability to change direction either among traffic or in the open field; Strong for his size; Willing to run between the tackles; Breakaway speed; Acceleration and burst; Focused, fierce mentality
Weaknesses: Sisa has a nice frame for his build but must continue to get bigger and put on more weight; Added size will give him more strength to bounce off lineman and shed tacklers; Continued work in the pass game
Overview: The Mustangs junior running back has burst onto the scene this season as one of the fastest, most athletic backs in the state. Sisa is a burner and someone you don’t want hitting the open field as his speed will find the endzone quickly. He has a great initial burst along with a second gear that makes it hard for defenders to handle. One thing that Sisa is beginning to show is his ability to run between the tackles and grind out those tough yards when needed. He does need to keep getting bigger but if you’re looking for a big play running back with speed, Sisa is your guy!

5. (WR) Anthony Crowell Anthony Crowell 5'9" | 165 lbs | WR Lebanon | 2023 State TN (5’9 162) – Lebanon
Strengths: Athletic playmaker with speed; Home run hitting abilities; Crafty, football smart; Knows how to get open; Sound route runner; Can be utilized in the return game; Great teammate, high competitor
Weaknesses: Overall size; Crowell does need to gain more weight but has the frame to get up to 180 pounds plus; Strength, power
Overview: This is one of the more underrated talents in the entire and someone that has D1 abilities but they have yet to be found. Crowell is the ultimate playmaker that if the ball is in his hands, he has the chance to score every time. He fits perfectly in the slot where he can use his undersized appearance to find open holes in the defense or work down the middle of the field towards the end zone. He can also develop into a dangerous return man. Crowell brings a lot to the table that excites you about his future, so I expect his stock to soar over the coming months.
Offers: Army, Kentucky Wesleyan
6. ‘24 (WR) Carlos Orr Carlos Orr 6'4" | 185 lbs | WR Gatlinburg-Pittman | 2024 State TN (6’4 190) – Gatlinburg-Pittman
Strengths: Natural athlete with great size, length; WIde radius; Nice frame for added size; Shows explosive traits; Speedy; Nice burst off the line; Moves very well for his size; Can high point the ball well; Red zone threat
Weaknesses: Added strength and power; Continued development with his flexibility, explosion; Enhance his route running abilities
Overview: Orr is one of the more physically gifted, talented wideouts from our in-state 2024 class. A two sport star, who has upside on the basketball court, Orr is a natural athlete that simply knows how to play sports. He is a mismatch problem on the outside for smaller defensive backs and even bigger ones due to his speed and jumping abilities. Orr shows good burst off the line of scrimmage and once he is into the open field, his size becomes a problem for defenders. This guy’s recruitment will explode very soon as it’s just a matter of time before Power Five and D1 schools get involved.
Offers: Eastern Ky
7. (TE) Jahlin Osborne Jahlin Osborne 6'4" | 215 lbs | TE Coffee. Co. Central | 2023 State TN (6’4 215) – Coffee Co. Central
Strengths: Natural athlete with size and length; Great frame, long arms; Runs very well and can be used in multiple ways; Can split out wide, work in the slot; Shows burst and acceleration; Gains steam in his runs; Red zone threat
Weaknesses: Strength, power, body weight; Osborne has a lean frame at the moment but room for growth; Develop more with his blocking; Enhance burst out of his stance/get-off
Overview: This is a raw but highly talented pass catcher that shows upside and potential as an athletic receiver at tight end inside the college game. Osborne is a natural athlete that shows fluid movements throughout his routes and runs as well as the ability to break the long one. The Raiders 6’4 pass catcher runs very well, especially when he picks up steam running downhill. Osborne must continue to develop his body but the upside as a dangerous pass catching tight end is there.

8. (TE) Mena Mannan Mena Mannan 6'4" | 225 lbs | TE Franklin | 2023 State TN (6’4 220) – Franklin
Strengths: Strong, well built frame that can take on more size; Big, strong hands; Good athlete that runs well after the catch; Shows good burst/get-off; Can work in the slot or as an in-line blocker; Red zone threat; Can stretch the field
Weaknesses: Sharpen his route running; Continued work in weight room, building up his frame; More development as a blocker
Overview: Mannan is a little known recruit that is starting to pick up steam on the recruiting trail. He was injured last year, missing the entire season, which kept him out of offseason camps, so this Middle Tennessee tight end is sitting under the radar but very talented. He is an athletic guy that runs well and shows explosive traits with both his pass catching and in-line blocking. Mannan is also well built, so he has the body to compete on the college level tomorrow. He still has more work to do with his game and body but the talents are there to see offers start coming his way very soon.
Offers: Kentucky Wesleyan
9. (OT/G) Derrick Keith Derrick Keith 6'5" | 285 lbs | OL Riverdale | 2023 State TN (6’5 280) – Riverdale
Strengths: Massive, wide bodied guy; Long arms, wide radius; Big, powerful hands; Good athlete; Shows pass blocking upside; Big, active feet; O-line versatile; Can work at LT, RT, LG, RG; Coachable
Weaknesses: Bend, hip flexibility; Continued development with his overall athleticism; Hand placement
Overview: Keith is an intriguing talent that is really starting to come into own as a ball player. He is a big boy that is still growing into his body and has the frame to take on more weight on the next level. The Warriors left tackle shows on the film the ability to pass block and use his wide frame to engulf defenders. Keith’s lateral quickness with his feet is still developing but he shows upside in that area while also playing the physical part as well. He can physically impose his will at times, so he brings a lot to the table for college coaches when looking for a mauler who shows pass blocking upside.
Offers: Eastern Ky
10. (OT/G) Spence Tankersley Spence Tankersley 6'5" | 305 lbs | OL Forrest | 2024 State TN (6’5 285) – Forrest
Strengths: Size, girth with good arm length; Powerful guy with upside to add more strength; Good athlete to moves well north and south; Shows good feet and the ability to add more quickness, athleticism to his lower base; O-line versatile; Physical finisher
Weaknesses: Increase his athleticism, mobility; Shows solid bend but needs more work with his hip flexibility; Develop his upper body further
Overview: Standing 6’5 285 pounds, Tankersley has the size and width that you find on the collegiate level and he still has a little less than two years left of high school ball to develop and grow further. He plays left tackle for his Rockets team but translates best to the next level at right tackle or inside at guard. Tankersley is a good athlete that shows good foot movement on film along with the ability to finish through the play. He needs to keep developing his overall strength but mainly his lower body mobility. This is a big and consistent O-lineman that has the potential to grow into a D1 prospect.
