In some cases we see another player impact a game that we never expected to do so. That’s called an x factor in some instances. Here are some guys to look out for this week.
Jaiden Turnipseed, Starkville, WR
Jaiden is a guy that doesn’t have the name like some of his teammates, but that will come. He is a very shifty receiver who finds himself open a lot. He has great hands and has nice speed. He knows how to run routes and he is deadly in space. Louisville needs to keep their eyes on him tonight.
Darrell Smith, Picayune, ATH
Darrell is very elusive and knows how to score. He also knows how to get open. He is the player that will be the x factor for the Maroon Tide. His playmaking ability makes teams be accountable for more than two players when they line up against Picayune.
Jykevious Goss, RB/WR, Louisville
Jykevious is another guy who is an x factor for his team. Louisville loves to use him in the backfield and in the slot. He will be moving around trying to keep Starkville off balance. He could have a big night.
Elijah Spratt Elijah Spratt 5'10" | 170 lbs | ATH Amory | 2024 State MS , ATH, Amory
Elijah will be on the edge trying to make a way for the Panthers tonight. He is a playmaker that has great ball skills. Most people key in on their running back, but this guy is somebody you have to always be accountable for. He also steps up and makes plays on defense.
Jimmy Graham, RB, Noxapater
A lot of people key in on Kyle Phillips and Keon Tucker when they play Noxapater. They don’t realize that Jimmy is a lot to deal with out of the backfield. He totes the ball well and is known to get a hundred yards per game. He is a big running back that runs the ball well. Keep up with him in their matchup against West Lowndes tonight.
