Matchup Preview – Sioux Falls Jefferson @ Sioux Falls Lincoln

[player_tooltip player_id='56545' first='Taylen' last='Ashley'] is doing what he does best, being a mobile quarterback who can maneuver the pocket and find receivers down the field to the start of the year and his favorite receiver is star [player_tooltip player_id='101181' first='Griffin' last='Wilde']. Wilde already going to a D1 college and is on a path to stardom for how talented he is at the WR position. He can run routes and had the speed that I have not seen in someone of his size and age. He will be in for a tough battle with a Lincoln secondary that is looking to hit him hard so he will need to be on the absolve top of his game if he wants to be the X-Factor his team needs him to be. Jefferson will also need to manage a great RB in [player_tooltip player_id='56567' first='Nelson' last='Wright'] to get him carries and involved in the game to set up a lethal running attack to open up the stellar pass game. I expect the defense to play great as well with top defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='273643' first='London' last='Kolb'] leading the way, look for him to make key plays and maybe go outside of what he needs to do to make stops for his defense. [player_tooltip player_id='161244' first='KJ' last='Redd'] is someone who I like for his high motor and gritty, hard-nosed style of play that you want in your outside line backers, so make sure you watch for him this game to make a big impact for Jefferson. Jefferson needs to establish the run game early so they do not get caught up in being forced to throw the ball and when they set up the run well. let Wilde and Ashley cook as they can, and you will have victory at your hand. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Sioux Falls Lincoln High School</strong></span></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I like Lincoln going into this game for a few reasons and one of those factors is how they play without ego and with such a level of grit that is hard to come by. The main player I like going into this is [player_tooltip player_id='174189' first='Tate' last='Schafer'], I think we are going to see a great performance out of him to make some big plays throughout the game that other players do not make too often. He is no stranger to stepping up and seeing him doing that in a game where they are facing a very tough foe in Jefferson. [player_tooltip player_id='56558' first='Trenton' last='Peterson'] should be helping him in the passing attack with his play being willing to not only get dirty and make plays for his team no matter what. He is a star through and through, truly a great player to watch and see his style of play in action. I think a player that is going to be key for the defense to perform well is [player_tooltip player_id='289611' first='Boas' last='Yoweli'], I love his style when watching him play at cornerback, and he will need to be at the top of her to stop the threats that Jefferson has on their offense. This will be a great matchup of titans playing against each other, Lincoln's key to the game will be to make explosive plays to generate the offensive production to match Jefferson and their defensive core will need to hold strong, which I think they can do at a high level. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
