They have guys who have made it to the pros and plenty of guys playing D1 football. Let’s take a look a few of their players excelling this year.
KeDarius Wade, Provine, ATH, 2023
Wade is a 6-4 195 ATH who is shining at receiver. He is a big guy who will only get bigger. That has called for some schools to pursue him as a OLB. He has the opportunity to go to the next level and play D1 football. That is no question. The question is going to be what position he will play.
KeDarius is a smooth route runner who possesses true 4.3 speed. He has been training at WR a long time so his cuts and changes of directions are very smooth. This isn’t a big clumsy guy. He knows how to move his body. I think he will go to college and do good at any position he plays. However, I also think that WR would be a very good position for him if he develops his footwork and route running.
Jeremy Scott Jeremy Scott 6'4" | 175 lbs | WR Callaway | 2024 State MS , WR, Calloway, 2023
Jeremy Scott Jeremy Scott 6'4" | 175 lbs | WR Callaway | 2024 State MS has been breaking away from DBs every game this season. He has several touchdowns already and more will come. His team is undefeated right now and their team wants to show they can compete with anybody across the state. His game has been impressive so far.
Jeremy is a very good route runner. He is tall and lanky with room to physically grow. He has 4.4 speed that helps his yards after the catch. His footwork is very good and he has great hands. He holds several P5 offers.
Dan Smith, WR, Provine, 2023
Dan Smith made a name for himself very early. He was already bringing in P5 offers as a freshman. He will be a D1 receiver with the skillset that he has. If he finishes out and has a big senior season we could see more offers come his way. This kid can ball.
Dan Smith is one of the guys we selected for our Phenom 15. His route running is very good and he also has good footwork. His ball skills are superb and he doesn’t mind throwing a block. You can see on his that he is a very unselfish player who is always throwing blocks for his guys.
Broderick Gholar Jr, RB, Murrah, 2023
Broderick has started out the season looking good. His team is winless, but he is averaging 121 yards per game. Every week his name has been mentioned with the top performers of the week. They have some tougher competition coming up later this season. Let’s see how he does against them.
Dereon Alber, DL, Jackson Academy, 2026
This young freshman has started the season out very aggressively. He is shedding blocks and getting in the backfield with ease. He also has been disciplined. He isn’t easily faked out by bootlegs and play action. His recruiting process will take off soon.
