Yesterday was the first day that coaches can have direct contact with players in the class of 2024. Here is a list of names and the schools they have heard from since 12am midnight on Sept 1st.

[player_tooltip player_id='273258' first='Trey' last='Petty']

Starkville (Miss.) high 3 ⭐️ QB [player_tooltip player_id='273258' first='Trey' last='Petty'] has heard from the following programs since midnight: Mississippi State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Southern Miss, Duke, South Alabama, Tulane, Army.

Trey is a guy who already had a very nice radar around his name. He came on last year and let it be known that he is a guy that needs to be remembered. He is a dual threat QB that can sit back in the pocket and hurt defenders. His stock will only continue to rise. He has already started off this season with four total touchdowns.

[player_tooltip player_id='139635' first='Daniel' last='Hill']

2024 Meridian (Miss.) ATH [player_tooltip player_id='139635' first='Daniel' last='Hill'] had heard from following programs since midnight: Tennessee, Florida State, Auburn, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, West Virginia, USC, Oklahoma, LSU, Alabama.

Daniel is an explosive back that puts me in the mind of the old school backs like Eric Dickerson. However he can mix it up some. Hill can line up and run routes with the best of them. He has hands with glue on them. His name will continue to buzz. He has even thrown a touchdown pass already this year!

[player_tooltip player_id='139597' first='Braylon' last='Burnside']

2024 Starkville (Miss.) ATH Braylon ‘Stonka' Burnside (@BraylonBurnside) has heard from the following programs since midnight: Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Florida, Auburn, Tennessee, West Virginia, FSU, Vanderbilt.

We all are very aware of what Stonka brings to the table. Which is everything, but the kitchen sink. Stonka plays offense at a high level and he is a major factor in their secondary. His ability to play both sides of the ball so well helps keep his team in good position. He will only continue to make a bigger name for himself.

[player_tooltip player_id='139596' first='Noreel' last='White']

Ocean Springs (Miss.) St Martin 4 ⭐️ WR [player_tooltip player_id='139596' first='Noreel' last='White'] has heard from the following programs since midnight:Auburn, Tennessee, LSU, Middle Tennessee State, Florida, Memphis, Louisiana Tech, Southern Miss, Tulane, Alabama.

Noreel is another guy who can play very well on both sides of the ball. His ball skills are amazing. He is always making very acrobatic catches extending and putting his body on the line. He is a very explosive playmaker that shines every time he steps on the field. Don't let the nice smile fool you.

[player_tooltip player_id='344026' first='Jeremy' last='Scott']

2024 Callaway (Miss.) high 3 ⭐️ WR [player_tooltip player_id='344026' first='Jeremy' last='Scott'] has heard from the following programs since midnight: Alabama, Mississippi State, Indiana, Vanderbilt, Memphis, Tulane, Houston.

Some platforms have Jeremy ranked as the number one receiver in his class. He is a very polished route runner and he knows how to go up and get the football. He also has blazing speed and the maturity to control that speed. He gets yards of separation on in and out routes, plus the comeback route. His game is very smoothly displayed.

[player_tooltip player_id='139602' first='Jeffery' last='Rush'], Jr.

Pascagoula (Miss.) 4 ⭐️ DL [player_tooltip player_id='139602' first='Jeffery' last='Rush'] has heard from the following programs since midnight: Tennessee, Michigan, Louisville, Southern Miss, Ole Miss, Missouri, Vanderbilt, Coastal Carolina, Auburn, Indiana, FSU, Louisiana, Memphis.

Jeffery is a nasty young man on the defensive line. He is not the guy I want in front of me if I'm an offensive lineman. He has already accounted for three sacks this season and they have only played one game. He even scored a touchdown. Some college is going to be lucky to have him on their campus.

[player_tooltip player_id='344083' first='SanFrisco' last='Magee']

McComb (Miss.) 3 ⭐️ WR [player_tooltip player_id='344083' first='SanFrisco' last='Magee'] has heard from the following programs since midnight: LSU, Alabama, Mississippi State, West Virginia, Nebraska, Arkansas State, South Alabama, Vanderbilt, Memphis.

Head Ball is what they call him. This guy has been known to be a jump ball specialist. Throw the ball up high and outside in the redzone and it is his. His route running needs some work, but it will get better. He has been working very hard on improving his skill in that part of his game.

[player_tooltip player_id='344082' first='Anthony' last='Maddox'], Jr.

3 ⭐️ Hattiesburg (Miss.) Oak Grove QB [player_tooltip player_id='344082' first='Anthony' last='Maddox'] Jr. has heard from Alabama, Mississippi State, Michigan State, and Tulane since midnight.

This kid can sling the rock. He already holds an offer to the University of Alabama. He has good accuracy and great placement on the deep ball. He also has a great work ethic that will take him very far.

[player_tooltip player_id='344053' first='Chris' last='Davis'], Jr.

Picayune (MS) He has heard from Louisville, Tennessee, Auburn, Memphis, Alabama, LSU, Louisiana Lafayette, Southern Miss, South Carolina, Coastal Carolina, Tulane, Ole Miss, Florida State, Miss State, Oregon, Vandy, Dartmouth, and Missouri.

You don't have to say much about Chris. The only thing you need to know is that he is fast and explosive. When he finds that hole, GOOD LUCK. His vision is amazing and he changes directions on a dime. His stock will only continue to rise.
