If your still looking for athletic playmakers, the state of Tennessee has plenty of game changers non-committed and ready to find their home inside the college game.

A large portion of the recruiting process has already taken place but as we head into the Fall football season, which is just two weeks away, we still have several high quality prospects available, especially at the skill positions.

Looking over the Prep RedZone Tennessee database, what you notice is plenty of athletic playmakers non-committed and still looking for that future college home. Several of those playmakers are highly valued prospects that have been pursued by some top level programs but for one reason or another, they remain free for the taking.

The wide receiver position is the one area that still has plenty of talented prospects available, especially some guys sitting with current Power Five offers.

Among the top names non-committed at this time include Blackman's trio of pass catchers in [player_tooltip player_id='150474' first='Jacob' last='Page'], [player_tooltip player_id='102184' first='Justin' last='Brown'] and tight end [player_tooltip player_id='102283' first='Ben' last='Marshall'], who are all high level prospects that have yet to make college decisions.

The 12th ranked overall prospect from our in-state class in Powell's wideout [player_tooltip player_id='102307' first='Adarius' last='Redmond'] remains available for the taking as well. The 6'2 tall and long East Tennessee receiver is as talented as anybody but is still waiting to make a commitment.

Looking into our current senior rankings and beyond the top 50 overall prospects, the receiver position has plenty of under the radar talents that are free to be had right now, including several big time playmakers that can provide big play abilities on offense.

Among those top talents who are still available include [player_tooltip player_id='277664' first='Donovan' last='Smith'] (Chatt. Central), [player_tooltip player_id='102260' first='Devin' last='Johnson II'] (Briarcrest Chrst.) [player_tooltip player_id='102226' first='Chance' last='Fitzgerald'] (Nolensville), [player_tooltip player_id='201101' first='Jamari' last='Person'] (Haywood), [player_tooltip player_id='102209' first='Adjatay' last='Dabbs'] (Greeneville), [player_tooltip player_id='153948' first='Bryson' last='Vowell'] (Anderson Co.), [player_tooltip player_id='297330' first='Anthony' last='Crowell'] (Lebanon), [player_tooltip player_id='273498' first='Delanie' last='Majors'] (Overton), [player_tooltip player_id='150317' first='Marcellus' last='Jackson'] (Fulton), [player_tooltip player_id='102271' first='Reed' last='Linder'] (Briarcrest Chrst.), [player_tooltip player_id='185564' first='Triston' last='Lurry'] (Houston), [player_tooltip player_id='197134' first='Kaleb' last='Carver'] (Green Hill), [player_tooltip player_id='150318' first='Colin' last='Cook'] (Pope Prep), [player_tooltip player_id='201088' first='Trey' last='Joyner'] (East Nashville) and [player_tooltip player_id='265398' first='Sean' last='Aldridge'] from Green Hill.

If you look over that collection of receivers, what you see is a deep group of guys full of multiple skill sets from size, length, speed and athleticism as well as plenty of upside for the college game.

The receivers isn't the only position group with talented playmakers still available to be had. The tight end's have three high upside prospects in [player_tooltip player_id='150329' first='Braiden' last='Staten'] (Green Hill), [player_tooltip player_id='102346' first='Donivon' last='Thomas'] (Brainerd) and [player_tooltip player_id='222566' first='Jahlin' last='Osborne'] from Coffee Co. Central, that can all stretch the field while providing a big, reliable target for its quarterback.

Staten in particular is a big dude that has vastly improved over this offseason and development at a rapid rate where I could see multiple Power Five schools get involved before he shuts down his recruitment.

Moving into the backfield, the running back position has some top level skill remaining as well. These guys aren't viewed as the athletic juggernauts like the receiver and defensive backs are but there are plenty of talented guys remaining, who provide college level athleticism.

The most athletic back still on the open market is [player_tooltip player_id='102256' first='Jai' last='Hundley'] from Oak Ridge. This 5'9 strong and well balanced back brings a lot of nice traits to the field, including speed, lower body strength and the ability to hit the home run.

Other available running backs to mention includes [player_tooltip player_id='259585' first='Juan' last='Bullard'] (East Hamilton), [player_tooltip player_id='102343' first='Bralyn' last='Taylor'] (Dyer Co.), [player_tooltip player_id='102246' first='Tre' last='Hartwell'] (Independence), [player_tooltip player_id='102218' first='Jamarion' last='Dowell'] (Covington), [player_tooltip player_id='102288' first='Ahmad' last='Miller'] (Whitehaven) and [player_tooltip player_id='102265' first='Zamaryion' last='Kendall'] from Lausanne.

What you see in this article is a collection of talent that all have the ability to play college ball but sit here available, waiting to find their future college home. Many guys listed above will make college decisions over the coming weeks but the fact they are not committed, means they are still there for the taking.

All the guys listed above are “steals” for whoever they commit to and sign with, so it will be interesting to see where the prospects in this article land and how they progress in the future.
