Per usual rankings are based on who projects highest at the collegiate level. There is still a lot yet to be determined with athletes so young. Expect a host of movement and additions in the coming months. Referenced here is the top 80 for the class of 2025 https://prepredzone.com/2022/08/updated-2025-oregon-rankings/

Most indviduals who were ranked previously will have *UPDATES* under their name. Please note the top five athletes here will be ranked in the top 50 and added shortly.

[player_tooltip player_id='412223' first='Hudson' last='Whipple'] 6-5 200 TE/DE West Salem- Brother of Holden Whipple, now at the University of Oregon. Sister was a 4-year starter at the University of Arizona for volleyball. Super talented family. Look for him to be a 1st team all state, D1 projected kid.

[player_tooltip player_id='412219' first='Cade' last='Vandiver'] 6-0 190 WLB West Salem- Dad Chris played LB at the University of Oregon. Most recognize the last name. Look for Cade to play early and be a three year all conference starter.

[player_tooltip player_id='412220' first='Maliq' last='Smith'] 5-10 175 ATH/SS Glencoe- Coach Reynoso expects Smith to be in the mix on both offense and defense this year, specifically from his safety spot.

[player_tooltip player_id='412221' first='Tyler' last='Hart-McNally'] 5-9 170 ATH West Albany- Went for 1000+ all purpose yards and 10 TDs, looking like the real deal. Somewhat slept on as he did not receive any all conference accolades at the end of an impressive year.

[player_tooltip player_id='412222' first='Grady' last='McQuillan'] 6-4 200 DE South Medford-Multi sport talent who will play opposite 2024 standout [player_tooltip player_id='152360' first='Gabe' last='Staszak']. McQuillan went for 11 sacks in 8 games at the freshmen level and should immediately get some legit playing time.

*No Particular Order

[player_tooltip player_id='285885' first='Kyle' last='Miller'] 5-9 165 QB Thurston- Likely the QB for the Colts for the next three years. Won the Northwest 9 QB Championship for 2025. Size is obviously an issue if we are referencing projection but the kid can sling it.

UPDATE: Miller will split reps with [player_tooltip player_id='406763' first='Noah' last='Blair'] at QB and should be one of the top QBs in the state for his class.

[player_tooltip player_id='285887' first='Jake' last='Drakalovich'] 5-11 155 ATH Lake Oswego- Another super talented overall athlete, who much like [player_tooltip player_id='285866' first='Liam' last='Davis'], could play early for the Lakers on both sides of the football.

UPDATE: Look for Drakalovich to play early as he has Stevie Coury type ability. Bold statement but he is smooth.

[player_tooltip player_id='285888' first='Jack' last='Barss'] 5-10 150 ATH Lakeridge- One of the more polished young WRs state wide. Has excelled for EForce on the 7v7 circuit. The Pacers are loaded with 2023 & 24' talent and will look for Barss to step up and lead the youth.

[player_tooltip player_id='285872' first='Truman' last='Brasfield'] 6-0 155 ATH Corvallis- Brasfield was one of the only players state wide to make an impact for his team at the Varsity level as a freshman, on both sides of the football. On the year he caught 19 passes for 300 yards and 2 TDs, to go along with 15 total tackles on D.

UPDATE: The only freshman in the conference to earn all league honors. He will be back after an impressive 2nd team all league campaign.

[player_tooltip player_id='408638' first='Brody' last='Borrevik'] 6-1 220 DE/OLB Marist- One of the best young athletes coming up in Oregon at the 4A level. Borrevik should play early for the Spartans on D as he is physically mature and ready.

[player_tooltip player_id='406759' first='Zac' last='Stascausky'] 6-4 200 DE Central Catholic- There is still work to be done but Stascausky has an ideal frame with limitless potential, if he adds the necessary size and continues to increase his mobility.

[player_tooltip player_id='406760' first='Liam' last='Madigan'] 6-1 250 OL Central Catholic- Madigan will probably play early for the Rams. His projection will depend on continued growth and overall physicality. He should be one of the best lineman in Oregon for his class.

[player_tooltip player_id='406762' first='Shawn' last='Hansen'] 6-1 215 DE Nelson- Another kid who you will most likely hear a lot about in the years ahead, for a Nelson program which should be a consistent Mt Hood contender.

[player_tooltip player_id='406766' first='Luke' last='Schwab'] 6-1 210 DL Tualatin- Schwab comes from a talented family. He has the potential to play early for a T Wolves team that is loaded at the skill positions.

[player_tooltip player_id='406772' first='Aidan' last='Beauchamp'] 6-2 175 CB Glencoe- You have to love this kids size and agility. Coach Ian Reynoso has been a blessing for the Crimson Tide program.

[player_tooltip player_id='406773' first='Jakai' last='Clardy'] 6-0 165 S David Douglas- The brother of 3* LB [player_tooltip player_id='204578' first='Caleb' last='Clardy'] who is currently on the bubble with multiple D1 programs. Expect Jakai to play early for a Scots team which has struggled.

Austin Simmons 6-4 205 OLB West Albany- There is still a lot yet to be determined here but Simmons has legit size and is a good overall athlete, playing for one of the better 5A programs in Oregon.

[player_tooltip player_id='407257' first='Danny' last='Moore'] 6-0 180 WR Marist- Moore got in the mix as a freshman and should be a key factor and one of the top players in the state for the Spartans the next 3 seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='407258' first='Diego' last='Rodriguez'] 5-10 160 ATH Ontario- Even at the 4A level it's extremely rare for a freshman to earn 1st team all-conference honors but that's what he did. He was a standout as a youngster and has continued to excel.

[player_tooltip player_id='407259' first='Jaxon' last='Logsdon'] 5-11170 DB Baker - Baker HS has been one of the better small school programs in Oregon over the years. They have a good one coming up in Logsdon who grabbed 1st team all-conference honors as a freshman, and can also play some baseball.

[player_tooltip player_id='285883' first='Drew' last='Levin'] 5-11 160 QB Lake Oswego- Many remember the name with Drew's father Jesse Levin ranking as Oregon's all-time leading WR in multiple categories (Yards, TDs). Levin is a multi-sport standout and should play a pivotal role for a top ranked Lakers program.

UPDATE: One of the most fundamentally sound and consistent athletes. He should be a big time contributor for the Lakers.

[player_tooltip player_id='285878' first='Mark' last='Williams'] 5-9 190 LB Jefferson- Williams racked up 2nd team all-conference PIL accolades as a 9th grader, more than holding his own against much bigger and older competition. The Demo's have dudes.

UPDATE: This kid was lights out as a freshman. He more than held his own against much older and bigger competition.

[player_tooltip player_id='285884' first='CJ' last='Sloan'] 5-10 170 DB Southridge- Probably the top young athlete coming up for a program that has struggled in recent years. Sloan plays the RB spot but will most likely project in the secondary.

[player_tooltip player_id='285890' first='Nick' last='Bocchetti'] 5-8 160 RB Oregon City- Undersized but talented and someone we could hear a lot about in the years ahead. OC has an impressive group returning, specifically upfront, which will only help to bolster Bocchetti's stock.
