He continues to develop and has a year round work ethic that a college recruiter will love. He checks many boxes in the RB evaluation index. He values intangibles, such as: competitiveness, toughness, leadership, resiliency, moxie, and grit. All things that are unmeasurable but you can feel them when you watch him play. “Mills” is a force. He has a Jerome Bettis” type frame and also simulates a physical run style unlike many. A bruiser type runner who will lower his shoulder and run the defender over if needed. His film shows the ability to break away from defenders with speed or run through them with grit. He appears to have durability that can be used to always get the tough yards.
