These young men are across the board with college potential at all the various levels. We’re here to highlight their improvements and updates in their recruiting. Without further ado, let’s dive into part seven of this multi-part series diving into the stock risers in the class of 23.
Mr. Evans is a dual threat quarterback that can use his foot quicks to get out of sticky situations making a play out of nothing. The threat he poses as a runner keeps the defense honest which in turn helps open up the air attack. Currently, he holds no offers but expect that to chance after his Senior season this fall. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up winning multiple awards after the season is concluded. Twitter
Highlights
Mr. McClendon is a dominant offensive lineman that I believe is going to see his recruiting take off after this fall season. He has a good frame standing at 6’5 290 and is physical at the point of attack. This is a young man you’re going to want to watch carefully to see how he produces and how he maintains control of reps. Twitter
Mr. Metze is an athlete that can get it done on both sides of the ball with his playmaking abilities. What stands out the most about this young man is how he continues to work through the whistle and doesn’t give up on plays. Turn on his film and you’ll see the effort plays as well as his playmaking ability. There’s no surprise why he holds a handful of D2 Offers and I expect more to come his way after his Senior season. To sum it up, a high potential young man that is going to turn heads this fall. Twitter
Highlights
Mr. Morgan has been a workhorse in the weight room this off-season and I’m very much looking forward to seeing it transition onto the football field. His run blocking ability is one to keep an eye on as he can drive defenders back 5+ yards on any given play. With that being said, he does hold an offer from Quincy University with interest from various levels as well. Twitter
Highlights
Mr. Fatima is a talented receiver that I had the chance to see in person during the playoffs last season. To sum it up, he didn’t disappoint. His ability to go up for 50/50 balls and track the ball on deep shots downfield are one to keep an eye on heading into this season. There’s talent across all levels here in IL and Mr. Fatima is a prime example of a 2A student-athlete that has the potential to play at the next level. Turn on his film and see for yourself.
