<p>Burton was one of the newcomers in the April update, and he didn't waste any time making a case to be moved up in this July edition. The Council Grove product had one of the highest increases in rank, as he climbed 41 spots to become the 93rd ranked prospect in the class. This comes after a strong <a href="https://twitter.com/ethanb_17/status/1548359301684596738?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/ethanb_17/status/1548359301684596738?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ">camp performance</a> at <em>Arkansas Tech University</em> earlier this month. The coaching staff came away impressed and offered Burton, which led to him <a href="https://twitter.com/ethanb_17/status/1549106564736634880?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/ethanb_17/status/1549106564736634880?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ">committing</a> to the Wonder Boys shortly after. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='244973' first='Riley' last='Marx'] – Andale, 6'1”, 215, ATH</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Marx has come a long way since first making his debut in the rankings. He is now officially a member of the Top 50 after moving up 24 spots in this update. The 6th ranked athlete is not only a Top 50 prospect now, but he has also become a D-I target. Since the April update, Marx has earned offers from <em><a href="https://twitter.com/rileymarx34/status/1524795995363631106?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/rileymarx34/status/1524795995363631106?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ">Old Dominion University</a></em>, <em><a href="https://twitter.com/rileymarx34/status/1523717636739067905?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/rileymarx34/status/1523717636739067905?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ">Southeast Missouri State</a></em>, and <em><a href="https://twitter.com/rileymarx34/status/1524919950514716684?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/rileymarx34/status/1524919950514716684?s=21&t=ZmAPPeaWbi8mUeq_AyHgKQ">The University of Texas El Paso</a></em>. Marx is also a sought after track and field athlete, and has received D-I offers as a thrower.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='317218' first='CJ' last='Leonard'] – Shawnee Mission East, 6'3”, 180, WR</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Leonard is another prospect that didn't waste time climbing the rankings after making his debut in April. He cracks the Top 200 in this one, and is now the 23rd ranked wideout in a deep class for the receiver position. Leonard's progress this summer has been impressive, and it's a big reason why he moved up 23 spots in this update. The lengthy wideout has made some nice grabs during scrimmages, and while competing at the <a href="https://twitter.com/cjleonard10/status/1537816724304711680?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/cjleonard10/status/1537816724304711680?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw"><em>University of Iowa</em></a>. But the highlight of Leonard's summer was landing a <a href="https://twitter.com/cjleonard10/status/1537817139540856832?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/cjleonard10/status/1537817139540856832?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw">PWO</a> from the Hawkeyes. </p>

<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Reed has been a member of the rankings for some time now, and he's quietly been climbing in each update. But he reached new heights in this July edition, as he moved up 20 spots to crack the Top 50 at No. 32 in the class. He's had a very strong summer; displaying his <a href="https://twitter.com/tbirdreed/status/1538201568897552385?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/tbirdreed/status/1538201568897552385?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw">skill set</a> to multiple college coaches across the country. The speedy halfback has drawn some interest from a few D-I programs, and has recently picked up a D-II offer from <a href="https://twitter.com/tbirdreed/status/1552779772719243269?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/tbirdreed/status/1552779772719243269?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw"><em>Emporia State</em></a>. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='237195' first='Terrel' last='Anderson'] – Piper, 5'10”, 185, LB</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Anderson's progress hasn't been talked about enough through the past two Class of '23 updates. He's quietly moved up 13 spots in this one to crack the Top 200, and is now the 196th ranked prospect overall. The versatile backer has landed on the radar of a few <em>NAIA </em>programs this summer, but he's especially received interest from <em><a href="https://twitter.com/terrelanderson1/status/1550978592917553154?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/terrelanderson1/status/1550978592917553154?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw">Benedictine College</a></em>. After a solid performance at the Ravens' camp, Anderson would earn his first offer. He's a defensive sleeper heading into the '22 season, but he is sure to wake folks up if he can rack up 96 tackles again. </p>

<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='35681' first='Tre' last='Richardson'] – Highland Park, 5'10”, 165, ATH</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Richardson's elite playmaking ability has been well documented, and he now joins elite company in this update. He moves inside the Top 25 after climbing 11 spots, as he is now the 2nd ranked athlete in the class and the 18th ranked prospect overall. Richardson has received serious D-I interest after an impressive junior year on the gridiron and in track. The dynamic athlete is set to announce his <a href="https://twitter.com/glenn_kinley/status/1552785584271261696?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/glenn_kinley/status/1552785584271261696?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw">commitment </a>tomorrow, as he'll choose between<em> Northern Iowa</em>, <em>New Mexico State</em>, and <em>the University of Pennsylvania</em>. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='87657' first='Jerry' last='Arteaga'] – Garden City, 6'2”, 180, WR</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Arteaga continues to maintain his status as a Top 50 prospect through yet another update. Although he didn't have a huge increase in rank, the work he's put in this summer needed to be highlighted. He was very impressive throughout camp season; consistently being clocked in the 4.3-4.4 range in the <a href="https://twitter.com/ccovington6/status/1549253498356858880?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/ccovington6/status/1549253498356858880?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw">40-yard dash</a>. In addition to this, he also netted a 41-inch vertical and improved dramatically as a <a href="https://twitter.com/jerryarteaga10/status/1538685421684662273?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw" data-type="URL" data-id="https://twitter.com/jerryarteaga10/status/1538685421684662273?s=21&t=Gi51nAJsU3xijsK74GG9mw">receiver</a>.
