<p>[player_tooltip player_id="90674" first="Tre" last="Manley"]</p>   <p><a href="https://www.hudl.com/video/3/12595359/61ae4cf0ab920a083097310f"><strong><em>Manley’s 2021 Hudl Highlights</em></strong></a></p>   <p>Manley Is a very underrecruited player, in 2021 he led Douglass (DC) to a 2A state Championship and was named 1st Team All-County. His arm is more accurate than powerful, he shows good passing ability while on the run. Behind the line of scrimmage Manley is elusive, composed, and patient; he’s a pass first QB. In the option game he is a threat with the top end speed to run for big chunks of yards and make linebackers and linemen miss in the open field. </p>   <p><br>[player_tooltip player_id="246762" first="Stevie" last="Oursler"]</p>   <p>Oursler has impressive accuracy in deep and short passes. His ability to put the ball in the right spot even while moving is impressive. Oursler is fresh off of an impressive performance at Towson University 7-on-7 tournament where he led Calvert HS to a championship win. With is arm talent and new additions to the team, I’m excited to see how far he takes the Cavaliers this season. He throws a good deep ball, drops the ball in the bucket on deep routes. Outside the pocket he can move like a receiver, he’s elusive, nice agility, and runs physical for a quarterback. This offseason he has put on some weight, going from 190lbs to now 210lbs. His escape ability and elusiveness are impressive, even beyond the line of scrimmage. In the pass game he has no problem getting to the ball to his receivers in a clean pocket. This season I would like to see him be able to sit in the pocket and deliver passes more, his athleticism adds to his sucess in the passing game as well. He has the ability, height, and speed to put up some eye-catching numbers. Jackon has been busy this offseason, attending his fair share of 7-on-7 tournaments with Montgomery County Storm, and attending prospect camps he was invited to such as Wheeling University, Catholic University, University of New Hampshire, and Fordham to name a few.
