College camp season is close to wrapping up over the next few weeks with FCS programs mainly taking the stage in July, so it's time to look back and see who were the top in-state standouts this summer from the junior class.
2024 Prospect Rankings
(QB) [player_tooltip player_id="258673" first="Aidan" last="Glover"] (6'3 190) - Collierville
- It's been a strong camp season for this fast rising junior talent that wowed several coaches this summer and positioned himself as one of the top quarterback prospects in this state. Glover is a big guy with clean mechanics and the arm strength to send it deep down field. He holds an offer already from Austin Peay and they won't be his last. Expect this guy to blow up with his recruitment very soon!
(RB) [player_tooltip player_id="277794" first="Damon" last="Sisa"] (5'8 165) - Houston
- Many prospects with the size of Sisa have to show elite skills in several areas and this West Tennessee product did just that this summer in front of many high quality college coaches. Sisa has big time speed and quickness along with the ability to hit the homerun. This is a playmaker from the running back position that should see his stock grow in the very near future.
(WR) [player_tooltip player_id="149160" first="Brock" last="Montgomery"] (6'2 195) - Friendship Christian
- This entire offseason has been nothing but a breakout party for Montgomery and he is only going to get better the more he matures and develops. His performances throughout camp season this summer have been outstanding showing off his speed and elite route running along with the ability to make the hard catch. Montgomery holds a few FCS offers but that D1 interest is definitely increasing.
(WR) [player_tooltip player_id="149399" first="Charlie" last="Becker"] (6'3 185) - Father Ryan
- Coaches and scouts need to keep an eye on this Fighting Irish wideout as this summer he put on a strong performance throughout multiple camps and established himself as a legit college recruit. Tall and long with a big radius, Becker has the traits college coaches like working with and he proved this summer he can run, so watch out for this Middle Tennessee wideout
(OT/G) [player_tooltip player_id="149171" first="Ronan" last="O'Connell"] (6'5 280) - Page
- O'Connell did nothing but live up to the hype this summer during camp season as he cemented himself as the top in-state O-line prospect for the 2024 class. This dude is big, mobile, tenacious and well put together along with having the mobility and smarts to play multiple line positions. This is a national recruit that will only grow his stock even further throughout the upcoming season.

(OT/G) [player_tooltip player_id="149181" first="Andrew" last="Pedersen"] (6'5 280) - Brentwood Academy
- Already a Top 50 overall prospect for the in-state 2024 class, Pedersen helped increase his chances at moving up the next rankings after performing like a beast this summer at college camps. The Eagles junior O-lineman is a big dude that moves very well and showed over the last few months the ability to play multiple positions.
(DL) [player_tooltip player_id="149168" first="Hank" last="Weber"] (6'4 255) - Brentwood Academy
- Weber has been one of the biggest college camp standouts of all this summer and positioned himself as a national recruit and one of the best D-line prospects in this state. He plays with a high motor along with physicality and range that college coaches enjoy working with. Look for Weber to only see his stock grow over the coming months.

(DL) [player_tooltip player_id="332296" first="Dion" last="Stutts"] (6'3 250) - MUS
- Going into camp season, much wasn't known about Stutts but after several strong performances, this Memphis area D-lineman has now established himself as one of the best at his position for the in-state 2024 class. The Owls rising junior has the size and traits to rush the end but the frame as well to play inside, so this guy brings a lot of value to the next level.
(LB) [player_tooltip player_id="278377" first="Korey" last="Smith"] (6'0 210) - Oakland
- The next great stud to come out of the Patriots football program appears to be Smith and this summer he has been one of the best linebacker prospects from camp season, so it looks like he is primed for a big junior campaign. Look for Smith to continue adding big offers over the coming months as this guy has the look and speed of a Power Five backer.

(LB) [player_tooltip player_id="228694" first="Crews" last="Law"] (6'1 215) - CPA
- Get to know this inside linebacker from the Middle Tennessee region as Law is one of the best defensive prospects from the in-state 2024 class and this summer at college camps, he has proved his worth and then some. Ole Miss and Tennessee Tech have already offered but many, many others will join the fray very soon.
(DB) [player_tooltip player_id="301354" first="Kollin" last="Collier"] (6'1 175) - Briarcrest Christian
- It has been a breakout offseason thus far for Collier and the way he has performed during college camp season only leads towards this guy landing multiple offers in the very near future. Tall, long and football smart, Collier has all the traits and game play that you see on the Power Five level.
(Ath) [player_tooltip player_id="150277" first="Boo" last="Carter"] (6'0 180) - Chatt. Christian
- Already considered the number one prospect from the in-state 2024 class, Carter has done nothing but build on his recruiting stock this summer as he has dominated just about every camp he has attended. HIs position on the next level has yet to be established but it doesn't matter because this guy is an athletic juggernaut.

(Ath) [player_tooltip player_id="149166" first="Ondre" last="Evans"] (6'2 190) - CPA
- The biggest thing that has come out of Evans this summer at college camps is the fact that he can play defensive back and the more he gets rep on defense, the more his upside shines. This Lions two-way athlete is already considered possibly the top receiver prospect in the state but now he may be viewed as the best defensive back prospect as well.
(Ath) [player_tooltip player_id="258805" first="Brandon" last="Nicholson"] (6'0 170) - MUS
- A two-way standout that has natural athleticism and game changing abilities, Nicholson has established himself this summer as one of the top prospects from the greater Memphis area for the 2024 class. His upside may sit best over on defense where he can develop into a possible lockdown cover corner.
