Scouting Report
Considered one of the best QBs in the country by all services. Last season, threw for an outstanding 3392 yards on a 63% completion percentage. He also threw 32 TDs against just 3 INTs. He was also extremely effective as a runner, where he finished with 645 yards and 7 TDs. Has an extremely quick release which allows him to make tightly contested throws. Also a standout on the baseball field with a 90+ MPH fastball. That velocity definitely translates to the football field as he can spin the ball nicely and make some drive throws. He also does a fantastic job of layering the ball over defenders, which allows him to make plays at all levels of the field. Shows great toughness in the pocket and the willingness to stand in and take hits while throwing. He is also a physical runner that fights for extra yards, which is one reason for how prolific of a rusher he is. Has decent pocket awareness. Can sometimes make some throws off balanced or without setting his feet, but he has the arm talent and accuracy to bail him out most of the time. When he does set his feet and is comfortable in the pocket, he is one of the best passers in the nation and can change the outcome of a game with his playmaking ability. Alabama commit that could very likely have a professional future in both football and baseball.
Player Comparison
Cade Klubnik – Clemson
Extremely similar in frame, release, and play style. Lonergan might poise a bigger running threat, but both look very similar in their technique.
Kasen Weisman Kasen Weisman 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB South Paulding | 2023 State GA
High School: South Paulding
Height/Weight: ~6’2 180~
Offers: Kansas, Troy, Georgia Southern, Liberty, Tulane, and others.

Scouting Report
Flashy QB prospect that is known to make plays with his arm and his legs. Finished last season with over 2000 yards passing with 17 TDs to 6 INTs. Possessed a 62% completion percentage, which is way up from a 45% completion percentage his sophomore season. He also ran for nearly 300 yards last year and scored 8 times on the ground. Has a gunslinger style of release and puts tons of velocity and drive into his throws. Does a good job of toning down the velocity on the ball so he can complete shorter passes. Could improve his touch throw game, but he has an absolute cannon which gives him the ability to make any throw on the field, especially the deep ball. He has good pocket awareness and does a great job of surveying the field as he makes throws to his 3rd and 4th progressions. Weisman is one of the more creative QBs I have seen on film. He has outstanding speed which makes him a good runner, but he does everything he can to extend the play and is always keeping his eyes downfield to throw the ball. Occasionally can put the ball in harm’s way, but that is more of a result of his playstyle than his actual decision-making ability. Weisman’s best football is ahead of him, but he is coming off an efficient year and has the chance to have an even better senior season. Has the athleticism, confidence, and playmaking ability to completely take over games and will get a shot at the FBS level because of it.
Player Comparison
Garrett Shrader – Syracuse
Weisman is an intriguing QB prospect with a unique skillset, which made it hard to find a comparison for him. However, I think Weisman has a similar playstyle to Garrett Shrader, even though there are differences in mechanics. Both have the ability to push the ball downfield with their prolific playmaking ability.
RJ Johnson RJ Johnson 6'3" | 180 lbs | DB Eagle's Landing | 2023 State GA III
High School: Westlake
Height/Weight: ~6’2 200 ~
Offers: Toldeo (committed), Liberty, ECU, Georgia Southern, UAB, and others.

Scouting Report
Hails from the same high school that produced Heisman-winning QB, Cam Newton. Johnson himself has cemented himself as one of the most productive Georgia QBs in recent history. Johnson has thrown for nearly 7000 yards in his career with 58 TDs against 11 INTs. He also has completed his passes at a 66% clip. He is a good runner as well who has rushed for 561 yards and 11 TDs in his career. He is not afraid of contact and will run over defenders to get into the endzone if he needs to. One of the more fundamentally sound QBs in the state with a tight, over-the-top release. Typically, players with his style release struggle with finding the touch on their deep ball, but not Johnson. He does an outstanding job of putting enough air under the ball for his receivers to run under it. His ability to hit his receivers in stride and throw them open translates to the short and intermediate games as well. In the pocket, he showcases outstanding footwork and rarely makes a throw off-balanced. He does a great job of climbing the pocket and keeping his eyes downfield when facing pressure instead of bailing and trying to force a play. He can also throw on the run better than most QBs. Johnson, a Toledo commit, is a true dual threat QB that has pinpoint accuracy on his throws. His ability to push the ball downfield will surely translate to the next level.
Player Comparison
Dan Ellington – Former Georgia State QB
Johnson almost reminds me exactly of record-breaking GSU QB Dan Ellington. Both have extremely similar features, but their footwork in the pocket and release are practically identical.
Colin Houck Colin Houck 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Parkview | 2023 State GA
High School: Parkview

Scouting Report
A solid two-sport athlete that could have a future in both baseball and football. Threw for over 2100 yards his junior year with 20 TDs, but had a lower completion percentage at 54% and threw 13 INTs. Regardless, he has some tools and traits that make him a highly touted QB prospect. Houck is a strong armed QB prospect that has a smooth and quick release. He is able to tight rope throws and mix up arm angles to drive the ball into hard to reach places. Is better at sitting in the pocket and throwing lazers over the middle of the field, but he does show the ability to make the touch throws. He also shows the ability to hit his receivers in stride and layer passes and attack all levels of the field. He has decent composure in the pocket, though he can get a bit jittery when pressured, but he has that arm strength to bail him out. When he stands tall in the pocket and showcases his footwork, there is not a throw on the field that he isn’t capable of making. I wouldn’t call him a runner, but he is an above average athlete at the QB spot and demands that defenses respect his legs. Houck has all the tools and the competitive background to develop into a good QB at the next level, though consistency might be an issue at this point in his career. Regardless, the potential is clear, and Houck has PO5 tools on a PO5 frame.
Player Comparison
Carson Beck – Georgia
Houck is the better athlete of the two, but both have similar releases and are similar in build.
