Over the next few weeks we will breakdown the positional groups and what each individual brings to the table. Have a look at the RB's..
*Athletes will only be listed on one side of the football
RB's
.[player_tooltip player_id="110209" first="Jordan" last="Fisher"] 5-8 175 Westview (OFFERS: Portland St, Idaho, Montana St, Idaho St, Air Force, Army, Navy)- One of the fastest rising stocks of any player in the NW. Fisher made a big jump on the rankings board, adding a handful of division 1 offers after rushing for 1,526 yards (9.6 ypc) and 26 TDs. He is the exception to the rule from a size standpoint.
.[player_tooltip player_id="205818" first="Noah" last="Staley"] 6-0 220 (FB) Jesuit- Staley is one of the top fullbacks in the West and maybe the nation. He earned 1st team all-conference honors on both sides of the football and could very well end up on D collegiately.
.[player_tooltip player_id="205822" first="Payton" last="Roth"] 6-3 190 Jesuit- Roth has the potential of being Oregon's breakout player of the year after going down early last season due to injury. He will split time with one of the top juniors in the state in [player_tooltip player_id="152333" first="Lonnie" last="Burt"], and could still average 200+ a game running behind the state's top O line.
.Donald Stephens Jr. 6-0 200 Lakeridge- Chili broke out as a freshman putting together some impressive film at the Varsity level. From a recruiting standpoint a lot will depend on how he shows up this season. Making the move to the TRL is a whole different ball game, where he will get to compete against the state's top competition.
.[player_tooltip player_id="147245" first="Josiah" last="Davis"] 5-11 210 North Salem- This season will be telling with North making the jump to 6A. Davis did well last season leading the state at the 5A level in rushing TDs with 20. He will have plenty of opportunities to back up his 3* status in an 'up for grabs' Central Valley Conference.
.[player_tooltip player_id="147244" first="Luke" last="Ash"] 5-9 170 Tualatin- Ash made the move after a 1st team all-league season at Clackamas, where he averaged 8.4 yards carry, accounting for 1000+ yards and 19 TDs. He will be tested each week in the TRL which was not the case in the Mt Hood.
.[player_tooltip player_id="270083" first="Konner" last="Grant"] 6-0 195 Tigard- Grant has the potential of being a top 3 back. He runs as hard as any player in the state, and had an outstanding junior campaign averaging 156 yards per game with 12 TDs.
.[player_tooltip player_id="126073" first="Koffi" last="Kouame"] 5-9 180 West Linn- One of the more impressive kids state wide this off season. Kouame is super dangerous when in space and should be featured for the state's top team out of the backfield.
.[player_tooltip player_id="205814" first="Jackson" last="Pfeifer"] 5-11 175 Silverton- Pfeifer has been lights out all off season substantially upping his stock. Look for him to be one of the best at the 5A level after helping the Foxes to last year's state title, and averaging 8.4 yards per carry with 12 TDs.
.[player_tooltip player_id="110217" first="Hudson" last="Davis"] 5-10 200 Newberg- The Pacific Conference defensive POY and one of the top wrestlers in the West can also run the ball. He would project as a small college FB/RB if he pursued that route.
.[player_tooltip player_id="147248" first="Zachariah" last="Frazier"] 6-0 225 Clackamas- Frazier is a big physical back, who made the transfer from a winless La Salle program to Clack. With [player_tooltip player_id="147244" first="Luke" last="Ash"] making the move to Tualatin, Frazier could play a pivotal role for the Cavs.
.[player_tooltip player_id="270225" first="Hunter" last="MacDonald"] 6-0 200 Barlow- Most are aware as MacDonald comes from a talented family. He went for 987 rushing yards and 14 TDs as a Junior helping to set the tone for this coming season.
