Kentucky may not be known as a hotbed for recruiting like California or Florida, but it does have talent nonetheless. In the last five years, the state has produced some big-name guys like; Jedrick Wills, Desmond Ridder & Rondale Moore, to name a few.
The following group of quarterbacks is led by sophomore Cutter Boley Cutter Boley 6'5" | 200 lbs | QB Lexington Christian Academy | 2024 State KY of Lexington Christian Academy. Bolley recently picked up a scholarship from Alabama & should have pretty much every offer in the country by the time he’s a senior. This group as a whole has a wide array of talent, stretching from prospects who project at the power-five level all the way down to division three. Keep a watchful on these guys this season and beyond, as you could see some of their offer lists grow relatively quickly.
Russ Osborne, 6’ 160, Shelby Valley, 2024
- Twitchy wind-up.
- Extremely productive, totaling nearly 2,500 yards passing and 34 total touchdowns.
- Shifty runner in tight space.
- Violent hips to add extra sauce on throws.
- Easily alters arm slot to fit the ball into awkward windows.
Jordan Miles, 6’1″ 170, Christian County, 2024
- A natural throwing on the move.
- Consistently places the ball where only his man can get it.
- Explosive runner when the pocket collapses.
- Poised through chaos.
Deuce Bailey Deuce Bailey 6'1" | 170 lbs | QB Bowling Green | 2025 State KY , 6’ 170, Bowling Green, 2025
- Efficient throwing off-platform.
- Glides upward into the pocket with rushers bearing down.
- Plenty of arm to challenge safeties vertically.
- Competent passer on all three levels.
Blaze Berry Blaze Berry 6'2" | 200 lbs | QB Eminence | 2025 State KY , 6’1″ 175, Eminence, 2025
- Keeps his eyes downfield when extending outside the pocket, trying to keep a play alive.
- Solid anticipation.
- Willing to sit in the pocket and take a shot from an unblocked defender.
- Extremely effective passer on the goal line.

- Consistent timing & quality arm talent.
- Dependable go-ball thrower.
- Knows when to speed up his internal clock against the blitz.
- Charged hips for maximum velocity.

- Calm feet inside the pocket.
- ID’s mismatches pre-snap with relative ease.
- Smooth over-the-top motion with no hitches in it.
- Deadly accurate throwing on the move.
Cutter Boley Cutter Boley 6'5" | 200 lbs | QB Lexington Christian Academy | 2024 State KY , 6’6″ 200, Lexington Christian Academy, 2025
- Has a howitzer for an arm.
- One simple flick of the wrist can send throws 40 yards plus.
- Impressive velocity on intermediate throws.
- Gives off Mahomes vibes with his backyard style of play.
- Tight spirals are the norm off any platform.
Jackson Smith, 6’3″ 175, Walton-Verona, 2024
- A physical runner with some wiggle.
- Impressive vision to spot small cutback lanes.
- Consistent dots as an intermediate thrower.
- Burst & acceleration are off the charts for the quarterback position.
Cole Hodge Cole Hodge 6'2" | QB Christian Academy Of Louisville | 2024 State KY , 6’2″ 180, Christian Academy, 2024
- Superb touch.
- Bigtime arm and the accuracy to go with it.
- Shows a high football IQ & is a natural when forced to look off of his first read.
- Can add value between the tackles in the QB run game.
