Class of 2024 Position Breakdown-Defensive Line

With the top two prospects overall in the state being defensive line prospects, the talent the Natural State is producing at defensive line is extremely impressive. With scholarship offers from numerous powerhouse programs, Lindsey has had tremendous showings at numerous camps. Lindsey has the speed and the power mix to take over a game. He can disrupt both the run and the passing attacks of the opponent. With scholarship offers from Miami, Alabama, and Arkansas to name a few; Collins has exploded onto the scene. Collins has the speed to get into the offensive backfield and disrupt the run and the pass games. Little Rock Mills has talent all over the defensive side of the ball and Collins has the potential to have a strong season this season. He uses his speed well to defeat blocks and get into the opposing offensive backfield. Spencer is a defensive lineman that racked up 40 tackles a season ago and is disruptive in both the run and passing games. Spencer has the potential to cause plenty of problems for opposing defenses this season and I expect a big season from him. He plays the edge rusher position in impressive fashion. Wallis can use his power to defeat blocks. Meanwhile, Wallis can mix his power rush with good speed and disrupt the quarterback's passing ability. He is a prospect that I expect a big season from this season, and I look for him to earn some more scholarship offers this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='156795' first='Colin' last='Jones']-Rogers-6'3” 230-Pounds</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='156795' first='Colin' last='Jones'] has seen action on both sides of the ball for the Mounties. Looking at the defensive side of the ball, Jones has the quickness to get into the offensive backfield. Jones does not give up on a play. He does a good job plugging gaps and clogging the opponents' rushing attack. Jones is a player that will likely see time on both sides of the ball this season. The Rogers Mounties are talented and I expect them to have an impressive season in 2022.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
