Kouper Hall, Central Kitsap High School, 6-0 200 RB Class of 2023
Kouper has proved to be an excellent running back deserving of attention. Playing an altered schedule of 6 games due to covid Kouper still managed to rush for over 1,000 yards and find the endzone 15 times. His production and consistency are truly notable and make him a great candidate to watch for as he enters his senior year. Hall’s size and ability make him a difficult ball carrier to tackle both within the box and open field. He is an athlete whose team relies on him heavily to make plays and he thrives under that role. His play style would bode well with the typical pro-style offense which utilizes the running back in multiple ways. The way in which Kouper has produced this year has certainly opened the door to many opportunities to come. If he can repeat his Junior season and show improvement his future holds a lot of potential.

Kalai Pasi, Central Kitsap High School, 5-8 159 QB Class of 2022
Kalai Pasi is an athlete who plays with a chip on his shoulder which adds to the intensity of his play style. He refuses to let people count him out due to his size. Kalai presents himself as a dual-threat QB who can easily make plays through the air as well as make plays as a ball carrier. His elusiveness and skill set make him a difficult athlete to contain. Whether defenses play the pass or the run Kalai consistently finds ways to find the vulnerability in the defenses which is a great skill to have. In my perspective, Kalai Pasi has the potential to play multiple positions for many D2 or D3 schools. His skill set will certainly be an asset to whichever team he plays on.

Jake Kennedy, Capital High School, 5-11 200 RB Class of 2022
Jake was the lynchpin for his team this past year. Kennedy recorded the most yards on his team with an average of 6.8 yards per carry, The NFL average yards per carry is around 3 to 4. His production was notable due to the level of competition Jake faced. His team was not the best in the league but nevertheless Jake continued to be a bright spot for his team as the season progressed. Players like these are underrated and overlooked however, the fight and tenacity they play with in the face of losing speaks of their untapped potential. Given the right settings, Jake Kennedy has the ability to be an incredibly productive running back.
