Having ideal size for the position and can play along the defensive front depending on the defensive scheme, he is heavy handed with a strong punch and very technically sound against the run. When collapsing the pocket, he shows COD abilities, and a quick use of hands at the POA while able to flip his hips and get vertical in his rush quickly. He should be a multi-year starter at the next level and a household name on Saturdays. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='145171' first='Jaeden' last='Moore'], Central Valley Christian HS</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Moore has a legitimate shot at being a Sunday player and holds tons of upside. Dominating all competition since his Freshman year, he will excel as an edge defender in college and can pack on more weight to his huge frame as he matures and progresses. He is a long and rangy kid that is very explosive near the LOS with excellent speed, COD abilities and a natural bender around the corner with a quick use of hands while extremely violent upon contact. Having recent visits to Oregon and checking out Washington a couple months back, he is a no brainer multi-year starter in the Pac-12. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='25363' first='Grant' last='Buckey'], Liberty-Bakersfield HS</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Buckey recently shut down his recruitment and pledged to USC which is a big time get for the Trojans. He should fit well as a 4-3 defensive end and is a true anchor against the run while displaying some under-rated twitch and wiggle when rushing the passer. Another high motor and tough kid, like Moore, he has been dominating all central valley competition since his Freshman season for Liberty. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='145196' first='Lucas' last='Conti'], Corona Centennial HS</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Conti is committed to Arizona and has the frame and upside to be a dominant player at the P5 level. Holding other Pac-12 offers from Arizona State and Colorado, he is part of what looks to be another solid recruiting class for the Wildcats. He is a dominant inside player that wins with leverage and punch at the POA while very hard to move due to his pure size and strength. Off the ball, he has a quick first step and quickly locks out blockers while exploding through contact when tackling ball carriers and throws them around. Although more of a run defender, when rushing the passer, he has a natural snatch and establishes inside hand placement quickly at the POA. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='145205' first='Sua' last='Lefotu'], St. John Bosco HS</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A true nose at the next level, Lefotu is athletic for his size and can two-gap effectively while also able to create inside pressure and get off blocks violently. He started his career at Garces Memorial in Bakersfield and has since been a dominating inside player in the Trinity League for the Braves. He has locked down his commitment to the Washington Huskies, and is part of what is becoming a very nice recruiting class for them in that coaching staff's first off-season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='145257' first='Vaka' last='Hansen'], Los Alamitos HS</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hansen only holds two division 1 offers, but is a multi-year starter and one of the top two-way players across the always tough and well respected Trinity League. TCU and Fresno State have already offered and there should be other Pac-12 suitors as Hansen is explosive, physical and plays with tremendous technique at the POA. He has impressed over the past twelve months and should have a dominating year on both sides of the ball for Los Alamitos this Fall. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
