[player_tooltip player_id='384715' first='Seamus' last='Gilmartin'], Serra HS   Gilmartin has 10+ offers from the likes of SJSU, Fordham, Utah State, SDSU and Hawaii, among others. One of the top tight ends in the state, he is a smooth in-line tight end that is physical at the POA and can block well inside the box with a strong punch and finishes blocks downfield. In the passing game, he is a smooth runner that does a nice job at adjusting to the ball in the air, boxing out defenders and using his size to his advantage. Overall, he is a very athletic kid that can settle in zone coverage underneath and get vertical quickly with open field speed and has the ability to break tackles in space. Through his Senior season, it would not be a surprise if he lands his first Pac-12 offer.   [player_tooltip player_id='384737' first='James' last='Rothstein'], Amador Valley HS   Rothstein is a big bodied tight end with a huge frame and good length for both sides of the ball. Another in-line player that can also line up as an H-Back and block across the LOS, he is physical at the POA with good initial strength and leg drive through contact. In the passing game, he has strong hands and can make contested catches but could very well find himself on the defensive side of the ball in college due to his athleticism, size, length and ability to pack on more weight to his frame. He currently holds offers from Air Force, Army, Idaho and Northern Colorado.     [player_tooltip player_id='384776' first='Brayden' last='Bockler'], San Juan Hills HS   Bockler does a ton of damage on both sides of the ball for SJH and is in line for a monster 2022 season. He plays with active and heavy hands at the POA while able to pursue backside and make plays behind the line with closing speed and takes good angles in the open field. Quick with his hands, he flips his hips and gets vertically quickly while collapsing the pocket. Offensively, he is a smooth route runner for his size with strong hands and can go up and make contested catches while having the frame to be a big time player at the next level. Bockler will be a no brainer top edge player across the region this Fall.   [player_tooltip player_id='384946' first='Thys' last='Van Der Hoek'], Ripon Christian HS   The long and rangy 2023 tight end is one of the more intriguing prospects across the state. He is a still developing prospect that is raw at the position but at 6'7 and change with a huge catch radius and strong hands, as he continues to pack on more weight to his frame he could turn into a high upside player at the next level. A true vertical threat, he is a big time red zone weapon for the Knights and a long strider that can cover ground and shows highpoint abilities when making contested catches. Also not afraid to block on the perimeter, he looks for contact and is a high motor and physical kid.
