2024 DE Andrew Hanchuk Andrew Hanchuk 6'5" | 230 lbs | DL Berea-Midpark | 2024 State OH (Berea-Midpark) 6’5 240- Hanchuk is a young man that I’ve like since last offseason. He had a great camp. He has violent hands, he’s strong, and has a good get off. He simply overwhelmed his opponent in 1v1’s I like him as a Strongside DE at the D1 level of college football. His impressive performance earned him a scholarship offer from Jason Candle and the Toledo Rockets.
2025 DE Ashton Yeager Ashton Yeager 6'2" | 225 lbs | DL Findlay | 2025 State OH (Findlay) 6’2 225- I’ve seen Yeager a couple of times now and he’s very impressive for a 2025. As a DE you’d like to see him grow another inch or two, but there’s plenty of time for that. As for his skill, he’s already powerful enough to handle offensive linemen 2-3 years older. There were a couple of times in the camp where he was coached up on technique and he was able to correct each time on the next rep. His talent, his coachability, and his work ethic make Yeager a very promising prospect. I don’t know if it will be this offseason, but he will get D1 attention sooner rather than later.
2023 S Chidi Mabatah (New Albany) 6’0 181- Mabatah is a twitchy athlete. He posted one of the longer broad jumps of the camp when he popped off a 9’10. He plays fast and he plays violent. He’s definitely a strong safety. He’s a guy you play in the box and you can blitz off the edge and do some different things with. To this point he has gotten a little D1 interests, but things seem to have slowed. With a big camp season things could pick up.
2023 MLB Nick Scally (Milford) 5’11 198- Nick is a fluid runner who showed good change of direction. In his agility drills he was under control and played with a low base and good balance. I’d project Nick to the D3 level.
2023 DT Keyan Holston Keyan Holston 6'0" | 255 lbs | DL Toledo St Francis Desales | 2023 OH (Toledo St. Francis Desales) 5’11 255- Holston shows good explosion and power. He did a good job of transitioning get off to power. The next step for Keyan is to refine his technique and his hand fighting. I like Keyan as a D3 prospect.
