Today we’ll round off the Track & Field recap stories in South Dakota with the Class B State Meet. There were a lot of youngsters to mention here and a lot of impressive performances by all those kids.

[player_tooltip player_id="89288" first="George" last="Johnson"]- (Viborg-Hurley) 100m (11.19, 3rd), 200m (24.14, 8th), 4x200m relay (5th). He had a lot of impressive times in prelims, looked like he use it all there, he still placed in three events running six races in a day, he had a great day for sure.
<strong>Kade Stukel</strong>- (Gregory) 100m (11.26, 4th), 200m (23.03, 3rd), 4x100 (2nd). Kid got faster in finals than prelims, while also running six races in a day.
<strong>Jon Nefzger-</strong> (Estelline-Hendricks) Shot Put (49’3", 5th), Discus (140’9", 5th). The most consistent throwing performance in Class B, placing top 5 in both events.
<strong>Abe Kretchman</strong>- (Aberdeen Christian) Long Jump (19’7.25", 8th), Triple Jump (41’6.25", 5th), 4x100m relay (4th). Top 8 in three events, that include a lot of running around between the track and the field events.

[player_tooltip player_id="56560" first="Jovi" last="Wolf"]- (Chester Area) 100m (11.05, 2nd), 200m (22.24), 400m (50.35) & 4x100m relay Class B Champion. Four medals is impressive, but three golds and a silver, running each race twice in a day, sprinting 1,200 meters in a day.
<strong>Luke Campbell</strong>- (Viborg-Hurley) 110m Hurdles (16.04, Runner-up), 4x200m relay (5th), 4x400m relay (Runner-up). Two runner-ups and a third medal in the top five, sprinting 1,720 meters in one day, while jumping over hurdles for 520 of them.
