Neal was an impact player for the Eagles, asserting his dominance in the prestigious WCAC conference. I had the opportunity to see Butler in action at the Great American Rivalry Series game versus Elanore Roosevelt where he recorded an interception and played solid pass defense. Butler has a high ceiling for development and he’s already on his climb.
