DB [player_tooltip player_id="195564" first="Phoenix" last="Rose"], Whitney HS 2024

Rose has had a very busy early summer and recently picked up offers from Cal and Washington after the Sacramento State camp and should see other P5 offers come his way soon. He has a strong build and is a long prospect that is a true ballhawk from his corner position and excels in man coverage downfield. He has a quick trigger when breaking and natural instincts when jumping routes. Throughout the day at Sac State he showed fluid hips in transition with recovery speed and length if initially beat downfield. He is a no brainer Power five kid that should have tons of success at the next level.

CB [player_tooltip player_id="339063" first="Ezekiel" last="Castex"], Christian Brothers HS 2025
Castex has had a busy week picking up offers from Colorado State and Arizona State following the Sac State camp. He’s a very technically savvy and smooth player especially for his age, while showing outstanding ball skills and fluid hips and transition. He plays with disciplined eyes and is not afraid to trigger in the box and make open field tackles behind a line of scrimmage while brining a big thump at contact. As he progresses through his high school career he will be one of the top defensive backs Northern California has to offer and should collect other power five offers sooner rather than later.
QB [player_tooltip player_id="115451" first="Austin" last="Mack"], Folsom HS 2024
Mack has tremendous arm talent and the length, frame and football IQ to be a high level power five prospect. He has a quick release and can push the ball downfield with a tight spiral and velocity on vertical routes. Able to move around the pocket comfortably while keeping his eyes downfield and moving through his progressions, he can easily throw outside the hashes on a line and throws his receivers open in tight windows over the top. Leading the loaded Folsom 2022 squad this Fall, he and the explosive Folsom offense will be one of the hardest to stop this year across the state. CB [player_tooltip player_id="195569" first="Bam" last="Taylor"], Inderkum HS 2024 Taylor has put together quite an off-season and is a top 2024 track star across the San Joaquin section and shows elite speed and athleticism. During his Sophomore season, he flashed strong ball skills and excels in man coverage while able to press with a violent jam and play off-man when needed. In run support, he can get off blocks, takes good angles in the open field and brings a pop at the POA while not afraid to square up bigger ball carriers. Next in line to start on the Tigers defense this Fall, Taylor will be a name to know amongst the top 2024 corners across the Sacramento Area in the coming years.
