4M District 3 Wide Receiver Spotlight

There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level. No other prep site brings you more prospects to check out than Prep Redzone Florida!         [player_tooltip player_id="128521" first="Jacob" last="Sukut"]- Colonial High c/o 23 5’10 170lbs Sukut is an intriguing Prospect and a good athlete that plays all over the field Colonial High. He lined up at wide receiver, defensive back and returned kicks in 2021. Looks to be a player the Grenadiers will rely on heavily in 2022. He’s a good slot receiver that shows good short area quickness/acceleration and the ability to drop his hips and move in and out of its breaks. Has the speed to get on top of DB’s if they’re not ready. Last season he registered 42 catches for 804 yards, averaged 19 yards per catch with 8 touchdown receptions. His stock is on the rise after a strong spring camp where he received several division one offers from Army West Point, Stetson, and Columbia University. Barber possesses prototype height/length, does a good job tracking the ball in the air, and long speed to be a consistent threat down field. Big time player who will be a monster to try and stop in 2022. Roberts is the Wildcats leading returning receiver after registering 14 catches for 311 yards, averaged 22 yards per catch with 4 touchdown receptions in 2021. He’s a two-way player that also excels at cornerback where he registered 15 tackles and 2 interceptions last season. Possesses lightning fast speed, shows the ability to drop his hips and accelerate downhill at corner, flashes physicality as a blocker. He has multiple offers including offers from Georgia State, Furman, and Pennsylvania to name a few. He’s an outstanding student with a 4 3 GPA. He committed to Purdue University on June 13th. He picked up another Division 1 offer from USF on June 20th. Last season he had 11 catches for 177 yards, averaged 16 yards per catch with one touchdown reception. Big receiver that plays physical, shows a variety moves off the line and does a good job adjusting his body in the air to make tough catches.
