After this most recent rankings update, we will begin breaking down the top prospects from each of the 12 districts in Pennsylvania.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="359738" first="London" last="Montgomery"] | 5’11, 190 | RB | Scranton Prep</strong></span></em></span>
One of the more dominant and prolific prospects in the entire state. One look at this kid’s tape will have you laughing at how he absolutely obliterates would-be tacklers. The Scranton Prep running back has seen his stock dramatically increase, as there may not be a bigger riser in this class. The young man has had an incredible off-season, winning MVP at a UC report camp, as well as being offered by the likes of Michigan, Cincinnati and Virginia Tech.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="146529" first="Lacota" last="Dippre"] | 6’4, 240 | DL | Lakeland</strong></span></em></span>
16 D1 programs want this young man. One of the best overall football players in this class, practically able to contribute to Lakeland at several different positions, including all-state performances at tight end and defensive end. A chiseled frame standing at 6’4, 240, Dippre is often an afterthought becasue of the district he plays in. Not here, top 50 prospect.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="320980" first="Spencer" last="Kishbaugh"] | 6’3, 200 | LB | Berwick</strong></span></em></span>
A new addition to the rankings whose spot in the top-100 is long overdue. Love to see players debut this high, the ranking is deserving for this premier linebacker/safety. Special ability to move at this size, wouldn’t be surprised if this kid couldn’t be taught to rush the passer as an edge rusher in the future. Athleticism is where Kishbaugh wins. Not too many players who can play at all three levels of a defense.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="357949" first="Nico" last="Bossi"] | ATH | Abington Heights</strong></span></em></span>
The amount of talented "athletes", those who excel at multiple positions, in the top 100 have skewed the rankings. [player_tooltip player_id="357949" first="Nico" last="Bossi"] is every bit a premier prospect in this class yet finds himself just outside the top 100. A ranking should be the least of this kid’s worries, as Bossi’s efforts have earned him multiple D1 offers out of Central Connecticut, Brown, and Long Island University.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91824" first="Donato" last="Stepney"] | 5’10, 175 | DB | Scranton</strong></span></em></span>
A player who was in consideration for a top ten positional ranking, as there aren’t too many defensive backs that are more productive than Stepney. Stepney received a FCS grade from me, yet traction in recruiting has been surprisingly difficult for Stepney to maintain. We have a feeling that this top ten District 2 talent will get what’s due to him in time.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91815" first="Adam" last="Howanitz"] | 6’5, 220 | QB | Valley View</strong></span></em></span>
New Hampshire and Long Island are big on this young man, as they should be. The Valley View product can produce at quarterback, tight end, and safety. We gave the kid a high FCS grade, as we expect multiple Northeast FCS schools to offer this summer. We project the 6’5 junior to safety at the next level, considering his ability to move at his size. Sky is the limit.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="358057" first="Dreyton" last="Wilk"] | 5’11, 190 | DB | Berwick</strong></span></em></span>
[player_tooltip player_id="358057" first="Dreyton" last="Wilk"], a new addition to the rankings, received an FCS grade out of us and is currently one of the best prospects available without an offer. A ton to like in this kid’s game, instincts and hitting ability when in run-support, awesome ball-tracking skills and awareness at safety. If you’re recruiting in this District, give this kid a call.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="94862" first="Connor" last="Shamany"] | 6’3, 195 | WR | Hazleton</strong></span></em></span>
One hell of an underrated wide receiver. There’s a ton of interest surrounding this prospect, something that was hard earned this past Fall, securing 40+ catches for over 800 yards through the air. A huge red zone threat standing at 6’3 and able to box out defenders at the goal line. 10 touchdowns last Fall is one of the better numbers in the state.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="127816" first="Matthew" last="Cusatis"] | 5’11, 165 | WR | Hazleton</strong></span></em></span>
FCS graded wideout who has gained interest from Wagner, Holy Cross, Brown University and Bryant football. Cusatis’ track and field performances are worth a mention as he is one of the better jumpers the state has to offer. You can see that explosiveness translate on the field. Expecting a big year out of this kid.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="92088" first="Cole" last="Kakalecik"] | 6’1, 220 | LB | Crestwood</strong></span></em></span>
[player_tooltip player_id="92088" first="Cole" last="Kakalecik"] rounds out the top 10 prospect list out of District 2. We think highly of Kakalecik’s potential in the state. We, as well as college coaches around the East Coast are still waiting for his breakout campaign, yet his measurables and skillset make us believe he will be a name to watch this Fall.
