After this most recent rankings update, we will begin breaking down the top prospects from each of the 12 districts in Pennsylvania.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91648" first="Phil" last="Picciotti"] | 6’3, 230 | LB | Pennridge</strong></span></em></span>
[player_tooltip player_id="91648" first="Phil" last="Picciotti"] retains his status as the best player in District One and to be quite honest, it’s not even close. Picciotti, the 4-star linebacker who is coveted by the likes of Oklahoma, Michigan, Auburn, and many more, will head into his final campaign at Pennridge High School this Fall, leading a defense loaded with talent. The list of ranked Pennridge players will be high, none of which will surpass Picciotti, who recently wrapped up his official visit to Oklahoma. As the nation awaits to see where Picciotti will decide to play his college ball, we are just happy we get another year of dominant linebacker play out of this young man.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="248930" first="Yazeed" last="Haynes"] | 6’1, 170 | WR | North Penn</strong></span></em></span>
Not sure if there has been a larger leap in notoriety since our last update. [player_tooltip player_id="248930" first="Yazeed" last="Haynes"], formerly out of Neumann-Goretti, has had one hell of an offseason. Haynes has been dominating the camp circuit, all on his way to earning his four-star status. We had a hard time placing Haynes above consensus #1 ranked WR [player_tooltip player_id="87844" first="Kenny" last="Johnson"], the stud WR will have to settle for second. Haynes is now bringing his elite speed and athleticism to North Penn HS to pair it with QB [player_tooltip player_id="91667" first="Ryan" last="Zeltt"]. Should be a fun watch.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="66046" first="Kion" last="Wright"] | 6’3, 235 | DL | Cheltenham</strong></span></em></span>
Back-to-back prospects who will be breaking in some new uniforms. After Haynes is [player_tooltip player_id="66046" first="Kion" last="Wright"], formerly out of Northeast High School in Philadelphia, now rushing the passer for Cheltenham. Cheltenham will look a lot different this coming Fall, District One better be ready for an overhauled program with a top-20 prospect leading the defense. The star is holding multiple Big Ten, Big 12 and SEC offers.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="103987" first="Cooper" last="Young"] | 6’5, 300 | OL | Downingtown West</strong></span></em></span>
It feels as though [player_tooltip player_id="103987" first="Cooper" last="Young"] is often an after-thought when thinking of Pennsylvania prospects from a national perspective. He won’t be overshadowed here in District One, as Young might be the most dominant trench man in the entire conference, possibly even in the state itself. 300 pounds shouldn’t move like this! From what I hear his stock is about to go through the roof, in just under 6 weeks, Young has brought in offers from Kent State, Yale, Penn, Buffalo, and Bowling Green.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91727" first="Harrison" last="Susi"] | 5’11, 195 | QB | Coatesville</strong></span></em></span>
Say what you want about Susi’s size. His production is prolific, which is honestly the best way to describe his game. We are happy to adjust his ranking accordingly and add him, along with [player_tooltip player_id="140946" first="Colin" last="O’Sullivan"], into the top 100. Yes, we project players based on measurables all of the time, yet Susi’s game is undeniable. He will lead Coatesville on what we expect to be another great Fall campaign.
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="140946" first="Colin" last="O’Sullivan"] | 6’0, 175 | QB | Upper Dublin</strong></span></em></span>
One of my personal favorite prospects, [player_tooltip player_id="140946" first="Colin" last="O’Sullivan"] also hears chatter about his potential size being an issue at the next level. Throw this take out of the window and bring him in to throw, he will wow you. His overall accuracy is just as elite as anyone in the state regardless of class. We are happy to see college begin to catch on, as O’Sullivan has recently begun to hear back from coaches in the area. FCS-floor for this Upper Dublin product.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="249248" first="Brennan" last="Fisher"] | 5’11, 180 | RB/ATH | Pennridge</strong></span></em></span>
Running back / Athlete [player_tooltip player_id="249248" first="Brennan" last="Fisher"] makes a huge jump into the top ten. I love the way this young man works in the offseason, as well as the total spectrum he provides his football team. Athleticism and versatility are areas that Fisher excels in, so much so that Army of WP offered him a scholarship. On May 5th, Fisher made his intentions clear, committing to Army shortly after visiting. This marks two Pennridge players in the top ten.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="357945" first="Brandon" last="Kelley"] | 6’5, 225 | DL | Owen J. Roberts</strong></span></em></span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="357947" first="Jack" last="Dunkley"] | 6’4, 240 | DL | Neshaminy</strong></span></em></span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="357950" first="Nick" last="Buchys"] | 6’3, 245 | DL | Neshaminy</strong></span></em></span>
The following three prospects are all defensive linemen who are new to the site, all of which are debuting just outside the top 100. 6’5 Dual-Sport athlete [player_tooltip player_id="357945" first="Brandon" last="Kelley"] may have finally broken through to the next level of recruitment, as he picked up an offer out of Jim Mora and the University of Connecticut, making it Kelley’s first official D1 offer.
[player_tooltip player_id="357947" first="Jack" last="Dunkley"] and [player_tooltip player_id="357950" first="Nick" last="Buchys"] round out the top ten, both of which are teammates along the same defensive line. Any offense line gearing up to play against Neshaminy this Fall is going to have to gameplan against these two giant pass rushers who can also provide a little something on both sides of the ball. These two make attending a Neshaminy game a must this upcoming Fall. Dunkley and Buchys are each holding D1 offers.
