The weekend went quickly with graduations and plenty of state baseball tournaments taking place. However, plenty of recruiting news as well as visits are taking place this weekend for numerous prospects from the Natural State. For folks that follow the recruiting scene close this will be the article for you this weekend. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="209489" first="Ben" last="Haulmark"]-Athlete-Russellville-2023</strong> Haulmark plays all over the field for the Russellville Cyclones. At the tight end position, Haulmark is a difficult receiver for opposing defenses to account for. He has a knack for getting open and creating a big play. Haulmark is a player that does not mind blocking his teammates and his versatility has made him a prospect that colleges are competing full force. Haulmrk has picked up scholarship offers from Louisiana Tech, Central Arkansas, Arkansas Tech, and Harding University. Keep an eye out for Haulmark this season! <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="149571" first="Walker" last="White"]-Quarterback-Little Rock Christian-2024</strong> It should not come as a shock that SEC teams are paying attention to White. Over the past few weeks, he has picked up a scholarship offer from West Virginia, Arkansas, and Pitt. White was able to take a visit to Vanderbilt this weekend. The strong-armed quarterback received a scholarship offer from the Commodores this weekend. White’s recruiting is heating up this offseason and he is a quarterback that I expect to have a strong season. Little Rock Christian has the potential to be dangerous this season. <strong>Josh Buxton-Defensive Back-Bentonville West-2023</strong> The Wolverines have plenty of talented players returning for the 2022 football season. Buxton is a defensive back that does an excellent job of being aggressive with opposing wide receivers. He is a prospect that is always around the football. Buxton has caught the eye of Pittsburg State. Buxton had the opportunity to visit on junior day and learn more about the team as well as the college. Buxton is a prospect that folks will want to keep an eye on this season, he has the chance to light up Friday nights this fall. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="202575" first="Kane" last="Archer"]-Quarterback-Greenwood-2026</strong> The recruiting process has started to heat up for the talented Greenwood signal caller. Over the past few days, Hawaii, Texas A&amp;M, and Arizona have all extended scholarship offers. Archer is a quarterback that shows tremendous accuracy on his throws. He has impressive mobility and the talent to keep his eyes down the field as he is scrambling. Recruiting is just getting started with Archer and it is going to be fun to see what he does on and off the field. He does a great job of being able to catch the football and make plays with it once he gets open. Rogers does everything ask of him when it comes to blocking for his teammates. Meanwhile, Rogers has no issues making plays in the open field. I expect the Maumelle tight end to have a strong 2022 football season. Colleges are impressed with what they have seen from Rogers. He picked up a scholarship from Louisiana Monroe to kick off the weekend. The recruiting season is just getting started and the weekend recruiting articles are going to be something to keep an eye out for over the next few months.
