The UC Report Elite Underclassmen combine made a stop in Oakland over the weekend and several of the top players out west were in attendance.
Here were some of the top players at the event according to reports.

The Oregon commit was dominant during the one-on-one period and participated in all the tests despite already being invited to the All-American game and being committed to a college. He has speed, strong hands and has a solid frame at 6-foot-2. He is the No. 2 ranked receiver in his class on the Prep Redzone rankings but in my opinion he is the best in the state. Greg Biggins of 247Sports named him the "Alpha Dog" of the event.

[player_tooltip player_id="25366" first="Aidan" last="Chiles"], QB, Downey
Chiles was the best quarterback at the event according to reports and the combination of his strong arm and precision accuracy make him a really good prospect. He has been injury-plagued since transferring from Los Alamitos to Downey, but his stock is rising fast. He knows when to put touch on the ball and when to fire it in there with velocity. He picked up two Pac 12 offers last week from Oregon and Washington.
[player_tooltip player_id="147719" first="DeAndre" last="Carter"], OL, Mater Dei
Carter had a really strong showing and honestly the strengths in his game are hard to see in a camp setting. He is great on reach blocks and double teams in the running game. He moves incredibly well for a player listed at 340 pounds and gets to the second level with ease. He has strong arms and his initial punch in pass protection can knock any defensive end off-balanced. Carter is the best class of 2024 offensive lineman in California and has offers from all the top schools.

[player_tooltip player_id="115423" first="Jordan" last="Anderson"], WR, Millikan
Anderson is one of the more explosive receivers in the 2024 class and according to reports he won all of his reps during the one-on-one period. He has a large catch radius and can make challenging catches look easy. He is good friends with Tennessee commit quarterback [player_tooltip player_id="25390" first="Nico" last="Iamaleava"] and the Vols appear to be a strong contender to land him right now.
[player_tooltip player_id="195570" first="Jack" last="Matranga"], LB, Mission Viejo
Matranga hasn't been as active on the camp circuit as a lot of prospects because he just finished a very successful baseball season at Mission Viejo. He's a big guy at 6-foot-2, 225 pounds and moves very well for his size. He's even better when the pads come on because he is a hard hitter and good blitzer.

[player_tooltip player_id="145229" first="Tyson" last="Ruffins"], OL, Long Beach Poly
I can't think of a California offensive lineman that has increased his stock more than Ruffins this offseason. He's been at tons of camps and has been a top player at each one of them. He was one of the best lineman at the Giant Skillz National Showcase and the PRZ Prospect Tour and looked good again this past weekend. He picked up four offers last week and will be an interior offensive lineman at the next level despite being a tackle at Poly.
