[player_tooltip player_id="155586" first="Danny" last="Meade"], OL, Emerald Ridge
Dual sport athlete (football/track & field) with ideal size, length, and frame at 6'5” 280 lbs. Was effective playing both guard and tackle as a junior showing good feet and lateral movement to mirror defenders and stay in front. He's quick out of his stance to establish positioning and is a wall-off/shield type blocker that uses his hands well to stick to his blocks and fight through the whistle. Would like to see him be more of a finisher when he is the aggressor but shows good strength at the POA when facing an oncoming rush and forced to anchor down.

A plus athlete with quick feet and good mobility to work to the second level and be an effective blocker in space. Well coached, he's a technician with his footwork and hand usage and understands how to use his leverage to his advantage. A dual sport athlete (football/wrestling) that was voted first team all-league on both sides of the ball and has seen an increase in his recruiting attention as of late.

An excellent one on one blocker that moves his feet to maintain his positional leverage and his athleticism to recover/adjust to defenders moves. Colleges will like his size and raw ability combined with his upside and potential as he continues to develop.
