Dawson Wahl Dawson Wahl 6'4" | 190 lbs | QB Mountain View HS | 2023 State ID – 2023 Mountain View High School
Wahl is a legit 6’4” quarterback with a strong arm and solid footwork. Listed as the #1 QB in the state of Idaho by 247sports. Wahl led one of the top 5A programs in Idaho as a Junior to a 9-1 record. Combined with a strong arm that can make all the throws Wahl goes through his progression with ease and takes care of the football only throwing 3 ints all last year. Has excellent timing and can throw receivers open by placing the football anywhere he wants. More of a pocket passer in today’s game but still can move around enough to pick up chunk yards. Should have a big senior year for a good program at Mountain View.
Tegan Sweaney Tegan Sweaney 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB Rocky Mountain | 2023 State ID – 2023 Rocky Mountain High School
Sweaney is a true dual threat who can make plays with his legs or his arm. He has a plus arm and can make throws all over the field. Does a great job of escaping pressure and makes some of his best plays improvising from the pocket. Listed at 6’3” he is a plus athlete with a good feel for when to pull the ball down and run or extend plays. Has one of the quickest releases that I have seen on tape. The ball jumps out of his hand and still has good control over his deep ball with the ability to drop it in a bucket on deep shot plays.
Max Cutforth Max Cutforth 6'2" | 190 lbs | QB Skyview HS | 2023 State ID – 2023 Skyview High School
Cutforth plays with a great base and makes some of his best throws on the run. He has a live arm and does an excellent job layering his throws from short, intermediate, to deep as he navigates the pocket. Shows toughness in the pocket as he is not afraid to stand in and take a shot while he delivers the football. Does an excellent job of changing arm angles in order to find throwing lanes in order to complete passes. His timing is top notch and consistently is able to throw the ball right as receivers come out of their breaks. Listed as the #2 in the state of Idaho this incoming senior is primed to lead his team now in 4A.
Daniel Neal – 2023 Sugar-Salem High School
Neal plays in more of a traditional offense for Sugar Salem where he excels in the play action game. He has a tremendous feel for throwing on the run on, he knows whether to put extra RPMs on the football or throw a nice touch pass in the second level. Tough, hard-nosed quarterback who does his damage with his ball handling consistently getting linebackers to bite on his play fakes. Has a quick release and has the ability to get the football to his wide receivers at all three levels.
Caleb Loveland – 2023 Burley High School
Loveland has one of the smoothest releases on tape. With little to no wasted motion he is able to get the football out to his wide receivers effortlessly. Good base in the pocket with the arm strength that allows him to push the ball down the field along with layer it under the safeties and over linebackers. Constantly makes winning plays for his high school. Is more of a traditional pocket passer but has the athletic ability to rip off chunk plays with his legs when his team needs it the most.
Jamison Kizziar – Coeur d’Alene High School
Kizziar is a really good athlete with a lightning quick release. Shows good pocket awareness as an incoming junior from his sophomore tape. Strong athlete with a solid lower half that shows upside when it comes to footwork and the ability to be balanced in the pocket. Arm strength will improve as he grows but shows great touch on his passes right now as a sophomore that is primed to have a big junior season for a dominant program in northern Idaho.
