PRZ Prospect Tour Showcase Preview: Familiar Faces

The Prep Redzone Prospect Tour makes a stop in Alameda, CA this weekend and there are some quality players from all over the state scheduled to attend. A few players scheduled to attend were also in attendance at the first Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase in Rancho Santa Margarita in January. Here’s a look at the three players who are returning for this event and how they did last time around: <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="232291" first="Whitaker" last="Kruse"], Twelve Bridges:</strong> Kruse measured at 6-foot-5 and weight in at 184.4 pounds at the Stock Up Showcase. He ran a 5.60 40 yard dash, a 5.12 shuttle, a 8.53 L drill and a 7’4" broad jump. In person, he looks every bit of 6-foot-5 and has the frame to add some muscle. He ran a 4.78 40 yard dash and a 4.04 shuttle which was the best time of the day and a 6.78 L drill which was one of the best times. He really stood out during the 1on1 passing portion of the day beating a lot of quality linebackers. He ran a 4.90 40-yard dash and a 4.50 shuttle. He had a 9’0" broad jump and was named Co-MVP for the tight ends. He has a large catch radius and does a good job using his body to box out defenders.
