Kevin Bradley (2024) | 5’11″ 165lbs | DB/RB | Wahlert Catholic
Kevin’s use of his arms is the first thing that I notice in the film. He was able to play off of receivers trying to block him, using his arms to get past them and make a tackle. I would like to see Kevin run his feet more on tackles, but he uses his arms to latch onto offensive players, and he doesn’t let go. He was also able to get multiple pass deflections through the use of his arms, both at the line of scrimmage and in the passing game downfield. He was in a lot of man coverage, and he did a nice job of using the catch technique to stay with receivers. Kevin is a valuable asset as he continues to develop physically and get more opportunities on offense and defense.

Gabe Chayee (2024) | 5’8″ | CB/WR | Waukee
Gabe is a solid zone coverage corner that has great play recognition skills and reaction time. In his zone turns, he has great awareness of where the receiver is while having eyes in the backfield and reading the quarterback. He does a nice job of putting his foot in the ground and coming downhill to make a tackle. He is a solid tackler for his size, and he is not afraid of contact. Gabe has good jumping abilities, which allows him to compete with bigger receivers on jump balls. I would like to see Gabe continue to work on maintaining his leverage and his acceleration when opening up and man-turning with deeper routes, but overall he is a solid defender for Waukee.

Conner Allen Conner Allen 5'11" | 160 lbs | WR Nevada | 2023 IA (2023) | 5’11″ 175lbs | OLB/SS/WR | Nevada
Conner is a prospect that looked most comfortable as an apex linebacker. Conner does a great job of playing disciplined football and keeping his leverage on the football. Teams would often try to out-leverage him, but Conner fought past blockers to ensure that he kept the ball on his inside shoulder. He had good hands and body control to get past blockers and make solid tackles. He also had some nice plays in coverage as well, coming away with an interception and some nice tackles on catches. Conner caught a deep ball as well, showcasing his speed, ability, and patience to get past defenders. Conner will continue to develop and have an increased role next year on a good Nevada team, which will help attract the attention of college coaches.

Noah Mills (2023) | 6’1″ 200lbs | QB/LB | Nevada
A prospect playing quarterback and linebacker is unusual, but Noah’s great skillsets make it look natural. Noah is a strong, fast, and physical football player that excels at both positions. He is poised in the pocket, possessing great football, a quick release, and a strong arm. At linebacker, Noah is quick to hit the hole because of his intelligence and reading of the offensive linemen and backfield action; his low pad level and speed allow him to punish ballcarriers with his violence. He showed great speed as well, demonstrated in his pursuit of outside passes on defense and his rollout speed and ball-carrying ability on offense. If this doesn’t spark your interest, then you should see Noah on kickoff; on kickoff (and many other plays) he would plow through a blocker, leaving them on the ground, before making a tackle. Noah has the potential to play either side of the field in college, and it will be exciting to see where he ends up.

Colton Leslie (2023) | 6’3″ 325lbs | OL | Nevada
The stream of Nevada prospects continues; it is easy to see why they had the success that they did with all of the talented prospects that they have. Colton is a big and physical left tackle that has a lot of pancake blocks on his resume. He has good footwork and speed for his size, which allows him to take efficient steps to block at the line of scrimmage and climb to linebackers. This speed was also showcased on a running back screen where he moved well to get out and block. Colton holds his own in the passing game, but he excels as a run blocker with his physicality. With the great results that Colton has shown on film paired with his college-ready body, I think that there will be many colleges interested in him.

Isaiah Favors Isaiah Favors 6'0" | 190 lbs | RB Bishop Heelan | 2024 State IA (2024) | 6’0″ 185lbs | RB/LB/DB | Bishop Heelan
Isaiah’s speed inside the tacklebox is the first thing that you will notice when watching his film. He accelerates so well, and he can get in the backfield to make a play as soon as he sees what is happening. Isaiah is a powerful hitter, and this was seen in the plays where he made it into that backfield as well as his shoulder tackles. Isaiah can fight through multiple blockers to make a play, and he is a sure tackler. His pursuit paired with his speed allows him to make cross-field tackles look effortless. He looks like a natural with the ball in his hands too, with jump cuts that freeze the defense. His unique skill set will allow him to be utilized in a variety of ways for Bishop Heelan, and he will be productive wherever he lines up because of his athleticism and intelligence.

Quinton Tran Quinton Tran 5'10" | 160 lbs | QB Iowa City High | 2024 IA (2024) | 5’10″ 170lbs | QB/ATH | Iowa City High
Quinton is an accurate dual-threat quarterback. While splitting reps last season, Quinton completed 77% of his passes for 820 yards, 10 touchdowns, and only 1 interception. On the ground, Quinton averaged over 10 yards per carry. He has great patience in the pocket and can make throws under pressure. There was a play where Quinton knew he was about to get hit by a defensive lineman, but he impressed me with his ability to make a deep throw while being hit. He is a good athlete who can make plays with his feet when receivers aren’t open, with the awareness to keep his eyes downfield and the ability to throw while on the run. Quinton has a quick and snappy release, which allows him to hit short routes and deeper routes with defenders nearby. With his good mechanics and footwork paired with his athleticism, I can see Quinton being one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in Iowa.

Keaton Roskop (2024) | 6’3″ 215lbs | TE/DE/LB | Linn-Mar
Keaton is an impressive athlete with his combination of size, speed, and strength. As a defensive end, Keaton has a great get-off, and he can get into the backfield in what seems like immediately. He has great hands, and he uses a variety of moves on the line of scrimmage to get past offensive linemen. His coordination is also evident with the amount of deflected passes he has. He can jump, put one hand in the air, and fight off a defender or tackle the quarterback with the other. Keaton is disruptive in the backfield. Keaton is also an impressive run-blocker with his frame and ability to latch onto defenders. Keaton also had some nice routes paired in with his blocks, where he was able to showcase his speed and soft hands.
