Missouri 2023 Rankings Update: Newcomers

The Prep Redzone Missouri Class of 2023 football prospect rankings have been updated. Today we are going to take a look at some new names who have emerged since the last rankings update a few months ago. <p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://prepredzone.com/missouri/rankings/2023-rankings/"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Click here to view the updated 2023 Rankings!</strong></span></a></p> Here is a look at some prospects who are making their debuts in the rankings with the latest update: <strong>DB [player_tooltip player_id="263302" first="Derek" last="Fields Jr"], Chaminade</strong> <span style="font-size: 1rem;">A 6-1, 175-pound cornerback, Fields moves up from the Watch List to No. 35.</span> <span style="font-size: 1rem;">He earned first-team all-Metro Catholic Conference honors as a junior last fall after recording 52 tackles and recently</span><span style="font-size: 1rem;"> received his first offer from Ball State.</span> <iframe src="https://www.hudl.com/embed/video/3/16241080/614b3ec5041e0d09f43ae197" width="640" height="360" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe> <strong>DB [player_tooltip player_id="218450" first="DeShaun" last="Richmond"], CBC</strong> Richmond, a 6-1, 160-pound cornerback, moves up from the Watch List to No. 40 overall. Richmond was behind two Division I signees at cornerback last season but filled in as a starter due to a late-season injury and performed well. Playing left tackle for the Wildcats, Selbert is a strong and aggressive lineman who is one of the driving forces for Eureka's productive rushing attack. He's a versatile player who could end up as an offensive lineman or defensive lineman at the next level.
