Mayfair (Lakewood) class of 2023 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id="145193" first="Evan" last="Tomich"] picked up his tenth offer this week.
UNLV is the tenth school to offer Tomich joining Houston, Oregon State, Kansas and Middle Tennessee State.
“Having a national recruit quarterback is a difference-maker,” Mayfair coach Derek Bedell told John W. Davis of the Press Telegram. “It puts your program on a different plateau when it comes to certain aspects in the recruiting industry, but really what it’s done is afforded our other players the opportunities to get noticed as well, which helps build the program and the community.”
Tomich was the MVP of the Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase in January and was easily the best quarterback at the event. He has a smooth over the top delivery and has plus accuracy. He developed quick chemistry with the receivers at the camp he had never thrown to before and put up solid numbers in the speed drills.
