Evans Has A Chance To Show Improvement

<strong>ORLANDO EVANS FOOTBALL</strong><strong> 2022</strong> <strong>Head Coach:</strong> Kenard Lang <strong>2021 Record: </strong>3-7 <strong>THE TROJANS </strong>When the 2021 season ended, every player and coach got together and talked about what it will take to improve over this past season. All agreed that hard work and dedication needed to be a priority. Hitting the off-season with plenty of enthusiasm, this team has continued to make every day pay off – and veteran head coach and Evans alum <strong>Kenard Lang</strong> has made sure that the focus is on improvement. With several players returning this coming season, it will not be about the three wins this team had last year, but the losses to Orlando Lake Nona (21-20), Altamonte Springs Lake Brantley (35-27), Winter Park (28-0), Apopka (20-6), Ocoee (30-23), Apopka Wekiva (25-19 OT) and Ocala West Port (20-13). Five of those setbacks were by seven points or less!
