<strong>THE TIGERS</strong>
The toughest thing about building a program and maintaining the success is to find student/athletes who buy into the process.
With so much emphasis put on holding that trophy and proclaiming to be the best, teaching and development have been lost – and that’s why so many talented athletes find themselves transferring schools in search of something greater.
What’s going on in Kissimmee with this program is a devotion to building a program that will keep the prospects at home – and while it’s easier said than done – putting in the work is the only way to succeed, and while winning becomes paramount with so many, they never step back and take the time to see what the entire process entails.
While there were some painful losses in 2021, dwelling on those setbacks will only delay the end results. In beating Kissimmee Gateway and Orlando Cypress Creek, having the reward for hard work began to sink in.
What this spring and summer will about is developing character and learning the game – while competing.
