With that in mind, the brand of football this program plays each year is indeed among the best you will see, and the very fact that they do lineup against Florida high schools keeps this program on the radar.
What you watch when checking this program out are elite student/athletes who are often recruited by some of the elite college programs nationally – including here in Florida.
Today, we take a look at 5 IMG Academy prospects to keep an eye on for the Class of 2023 this season:
Knijeah Harris Knijeah Harris 6'3" | 335 lbs | OL Bradenton IMG Academy | 2023 State FL (OL, 6-6, 335). Right off the bat, we have this University of Florida standout who actually does come from this state – and this young man has been on the radar since his freshman year, where he was already considered on of the best in the country. His size, quickness and athletic ability puts him in a class where very few will be able to hold their own against this gifted football player.

(WR, 6-2, 195). With this versatile and talented standout already narrowing his choices down to Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee, you can understand what he brings to the table. Among the best in the country. Originally from the state of South Carolina, the one-time Irmo Dutch Fork standout shook off injury to showcase his many skills last season.

Cameron Lenhardt Cameron Lenhardt 6'3" | 240 lbs | DL Bradenton IMG Academy | 2023 State FL (Edge, 6-3, 245). While he is originally from Staten Island, New York and played for Don Bosco Prep earlier in his career, this is a versatile talent who can lineup at Edge or even at linebacker. Quick off the ball and extremely gifted, keep an eye on Michigan State, Penn State and South Carolina as programs who could land this young man.

Kobe Nakkai-Mendez (WR, 6-3, 195). Originally from Oregon, this is someone who remains under the radar and will have an opportunity to watch his stock rise in the coming months. As smaller schools are showing interest, when you watch him play, you will be surprised at what he brings to the table. A gifted pass catcher who doesn’t have the lofty star ranking, but will turn heads this coming season.

Will Norman (DL, 6-6, 275). Here is one of those “late bloomers” who brings so much to the football field – with limited experience, but plenty of athletic ability. Like many athletes today, he grew into a frame that is special – and has continued to draw plenty of interest from programs like Penn State, Florida, LSU, Texas A&M and Michigan, who is used to taking athletes and developing NFL prospects. Someone to keep your eye on throughout 2022.
