There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
Cam Smith- Baker County High c/o 23
5’8 170lbs
Smith is the best back in the district and really one of the top overall players out of the Region. Last season he was outstanding for Baker County rushing for 1339 yards, averaged an outstanding 8.5 yards per carry with 15 rushing touchdowns and six 100-yard rushing games. He was also a three-down back that finished with 17 catches for 368 yards and two touchdowns through the air. Outstanding versatility that can beat you as a runner or receiver, hits the hole in a hurry and shows tremendous acceleration and speed to erase angles, high-end vision and anticipation. Coaches need to check him out ASAP! He’s going to have a monster year in 2022

Trenton Edwards- Baldwin High c/o 25
Edwards is an under-the-radar sophomore Prospect out of Baldwin, he finished fourth on the team in rushing last season with 137 yards and averaged over 5 yards per carry. Unfortunately he doesn’t have any Hudl film to evaluate, but nevertheless is a player to watch out for this season.
Tajon Nelms- Fernandina Beach High c/o 24
5’8 170lbs
Nelms is a player that I think Fernandina Beach have to rely on heavily coming into this season. He’s the team’s leading returning rusher with 400 yards, he scored one rushing touchdown and had one 100-yard rushing game. He also registered 4 catches for 13 yards. He’s a scat-back type of runner that shows a lot of acceleration and burst to the second level, has really good lateral agility weaving in and out of traffic.

LJ Jacobs- Yulee High c/o 24
6’1 190lbs
Jacob’s a player that could have a nice season for Yulee high in 2022. He’s the teams returning leading rusher after running for 297 yards three touchdowns and one 100-yard rushing game. He also had two catches for 15 yards. He’s a bigger back that can run with power, runs with good forward lean and generally breaks the first tackle. Could be a surprise player in the district. He picked up an offer from Georgia Southern this month.
