Marquawn McCraney Marquawn McCraney 6'1" | 180 lbs | DB Highline | 2024 State WA , Highline
McCraney has been one of the fastest rising recruits in the pacific northwest this offseason collecting six Pac12 offers from Washington, Oregon State, Cal, Utah, Arizona, and USC. A gifted and explosive athlete that projects as a Safety at the college level but is a difference maker on both sides of the ball at Highline. He’s instinctual and reactive in coverage flashing exceptional fluidity, speed, and acceleration coming out of his break. Effectively plays the run and pass making quick decisive reads with good eye discipline. His change of direction and start/stop speed allow him to match movement in coverage and run with receivers at all three levels. Won’t be long before he comes a double digit offer prospect and continues to climb rankings and recruiting boards nationwide.

Kyan McDonald Kyan McDonald 6'0" | 175 lbs | DB ODea | 2024 State WA , O’Dea
McDonald is another DB prospect whose recruitment has skyrocketed as of late with offers coming in from Washington, Michigan, Oregon, Michigan State, Cal, and Arizona. He’s continued to grow and add weight now at 6’0” 175 lbs. with a strong build and savvy athleticism. He’s a natural DB with the versatility to play any position in the secondary with great instincts and route anticipation. Possesses a strong/sustained second gear and the short area burst to quickly transition and change directions in coverage. Excellent footwork and technique, he’s calculated with his movement and limits wasted motion and false steps. Plus ball skills to effectively track/adjust to ball flight with the timing and hand eye coordination to time out his jump and make a play at the high point. After collecting his first offer just over a month ago, his recruitment is still in the beginning stages and has the ability to be a national recruit.

Tyson Weaver Tyson Weaver 6'1" | 185 lbs | DB Eastside Catholic | 2024 State WA , Eastside Catholic
A lot to like about Weaver’s skillset with his combination of size, speed, and athleticism. At 6’2” 175 lbs. he has the length and natural ability to matchup one on one and compete with top tier receivers in both press and off coverage. He’s a physical corner that uses his length and active hands to his advantage creating positional leverage to be an explosive playmaker in the secondary. Flashes excellent reactionary quickness, anticipation, and awareness to diagnose run/pass and put himself in position to make a play. Great ball skills and body control at the catch point, picked off five balls as a sophomore returning several of them for touchdowns. Picked up his first of many offers from Arizona in early May and will be one of the top 2024 DB’s in the state going forward.
