2023 OT [player_tooltip player_id="336827" first="Jackson" last="Fullmer"], Rocky Mountain HS
Fullmer is without question the top offensive line prospect across the state and boasts offers from many power five schools. He has impressive Junior tape in which he shows he is an ankle and knee bender in his stance while able to explode out quickly and drive defenders back into the second level. For his size, he can drop his pad level consistently and finishes defenders while taking good angles to backers and flashes the ability to pull. He is very athletic in pass protection, light on his feet and moves well laterally while performing well timed punches and stays patient. It will be very interesting to see where he ends up at the next level as several other schools should try and make a run at him in the coming months.
2023 OT [player_tooltip player_id="336843" first="Carson" last="Rasmussen"], Owyhee HS
The 2023 prospect is a big bodied and very athletic tackle prospect that can possibly kick inside at the next level. He can explode from his stance and pull and block in space while showing very nice downfield speed and the ability to run through smaller defenders while taking good angles. He plays with a heavy punch and inside hands while sustaining a wide base and solid leg drive through contact. Still working on his pad level, he creates immediate knock-back near the LOS and consistently blows defenders off the ball. He is poised for a big time 2022 season for Owyhee.
2023 OT [player_tooltip player_id="336846" first="Zach" last="Penner"], Rocky Mountain HS
Penner is a nasty mauler that plays with a strong base and overpowers smaller defenders. Although still working on pad level he has good natural size and strength when coming downhill and will only progress as a pass blocker. He should start to draw college interest going into his senior season and will once again be a top offensive lineman that Idaho has to offer.
2023 OT [player_tooltip player_id="336854" first="Zac" last="Nyland"], Owyhee HS
Nyland is extremely aggressive and a downhill vertical blocker that excels in the short area. Mostly doing his damage in the run game he is light on his feet and shows good balance in pass protection. He has the frame to pack on more weight and potentially kick inside at the next level. Through the Spring and Summer, he will continue to draw FCS interest and should be closing in on his first FCS offer soon. He currently holds one offer from in state power college of Idaho.
2023 IOL [player_tooltip player_id="336871" first="Jameson" last="Perry"], Mountain View HS
Perry is a phone booth road grader that bends well for his size and shows good athleticism for the guard position and when at multiple camps this off-season. He can block in space and is comfortable pulling while not taking false steps and exploding through contact. Still working on his pad level he plays with heavy hands and a strong punch while finishing blocks and playing with good aggression. He shows good patients in pass protection and can anchor against bull rushers while athletic enough to kick out defensive ends or stay square with a speed rush.
