<strong>THE INDIANS</strong>
After years of playing second fiddle to St. Thomas Aquinas, the 2021 season was certainly refreshing for this program and its many loyal fans.
With a move to 8A, this is a football team that certainly turned heads – statewide – with huge wins and dominating performances.
Despite losing to state champion Fort Lauderdale Cardinal Gibbons, this loaded team put it all together, making life tough on 14 opponents, including Apopka in the state championship. They would get it done on both sides of the ball as well as special teams.
With solid coaching, talent and players who have made a commitment, this is now one of those teams that you do not want on your schedule, and 2022 will once again showcase some elite football talent – with a rugged schedule.
