Rankings have been completed for classes 2022-2025, early signing day has passed, and we’ll be in the thick of the offseason soon. Over the next few weeks, we’ll dive back into the rankings to highlight the top prospects at each position still looking for a college program to call home.

[player_tooltip player_id="175173" first="Jordan" last="Morse"]

Offers: Morgan State

Morse led RCA to a 7-1 record in 2021, putting up 268 total points. Morse is a 6'1 205lb athletic pocket passer, he has the ability to run option and escape pressure out of the pocket, but his arm is his more lethal threat. Impressed with his first throw on his film, he shows good hips and throw power while on the run, while hitting his receiver in stride for a deep touchdown. He's an exceptional ball carrier who demonstrates ball carrying strength and agility. Morse is very patient in the pocket and does a great job of keeping his eyes downfield while on the run. He uses ball placement as a weapon, on a few of his throws the defender seems to have good position, but Morse sneaks the ball in and lets his receivers come up with big plays.

https://twitter.com/jordan5morse/status/1460372679702286336?s=20&t=UfXlK2kh-2p3m6iLIs74Zg

[player_tooltip player_id="90594" first="Ryan" last="Barnard"]

"GPA 4.01 | Squat425 | Bench 250 | Deadlift 400 | clean 270 | ryancavs57@gmail.com | current weight: 205" (from players twitter)

Barnard led the Cavaliers to a State Championship appearance, ending the season with an impressive 12-1 record. He passed for 1814 yards, 17 TD's, and accumulated 586 yards and 10 TD's on the ground during the 2021 season. Ryan also contributed to the point totals in the kicking game, ending the season with 47 kicking points. At 6'3 205lbs Barnard is a prototypical QB who proved to be a physically dominant gunslinger among the 1A/2A competition. He can throw the ball all over the field, escapes pressure and extends plays, and has the athleticism to take options or scrambles for long touchdown runs. Barnards accuracy stands out, whether from the pocket or on the run he puts the ball on the money. Ryan was selected to the Baltimore Touchdown Club Super 22 Team due to his outstanding performance this past season.

https://twitter.com/RyanBarnard_/status/1478912471184379906?s=20&t=kWKc96tlbU7GcKjZo-jbVw

[player_tooltip player_id="212174" first="Myles" last="Fulton"]

Offers: Frostburg State, West Virgina Wesleyan, Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Fulton is a very impressive prospect; I'm surprised he's still left on the recruiting board. Myles is 6'5 205lbs, he threw for 2350 yards, and 34 TD's which broke both school passing records. His stature alone draws attention, but his game supports him passing the eye test. Fulton may have the most talented arm out of this group. He throws a great deep ball that drops right into the receivers' breadbasket. He's very accurate, hitting receivers in the head/chest area with every pass from the pocket and on the run. Fulton shows great athleticism, he's able to keep plays alive with his feet as long as he needs to. Myles is a pocket passing QB but when he passes the line of scrimmage he can be dangerous, using his size to his advantage. Fulton may be a diamond in the rough.

https://twitter.com/MylesFulton4/status/1478541355286736896?s=20&t=UfXlK2kh-2p3m6iLIs74Zg

[player_tooltip player_id="243887" first="Derek" last="Dunn"]

Offers: Wheeling Univ., Clarion
Univ., AIC. American International College.

Dunn is a dual threat QB with a very strong arm. His film speaks for itself and is really entertaining to watch. His elusiveness is like no other true QB in the state, he can make any player on the defense miss. When the ball is in his hands pass the line of scrimmage his running ability should be taken as a running back. When being pursued by an interior defender he gets away with footwork and agility. When being pursued by skill position defenders he uses his power and size in his running style. Although his feet are a major threat, he is no slouch in the passing game at all. I had the opportunity to watch Dunn compete at the FBU Camp (Baltimore) during the summer of 2021 where he lit it up and was recognized as a Camp standout. Dunn has unique arm talent; he makes off balanced passes look easy, completes cross body throws, and can make medium throws to the opposite side of the field. Dunn is for sure one heck of an athlete.

https://twitter.com/_DerekDunn/status/1471243933833433094?s=20&t=UfXlK2kh-2p3m6iLIs74Zg

[player_tooltip player_id="175171" first="Calvin" last="House"]

Offers: Bethany College

In 2020 House started quarterback at Fort Meade Highschool where he had an impressive junior season, putting some nice highlights together for his junior film. He put his mobility, scramble ability and some arm talent on display while at Fort Meade. House's Junior Highlights.

After transferring in 2021 he led Mount Carmel to their first ever MIAA "C" State Championship in the programs first year. House showed escape-ability, awareness, and beautiful deep ball passes. He does a good job of avoiding pressure while maintaining focus deep down field to come up with a big play. Patience and composure in the pocket are skills that are highlighted. He stays in the pocket and lets routes develop even while expecting to be hit during his throw. I had the opportunity to watch House in person in a dog fight loss against MIAA "B" Champion Concordia Prep. Concordia possessed on of the best defensive lines in the state; I wanted to see how the usually high-powered Mount Carmel Offense would respond to a dominant defensive line. House remained the same quarterback, trying to remain calm and composed even under the hectic backfield Concordia created.

https://twitter.com/Calvin_House11/status/1454053398546898951?s=20&t=UfXlK2kh-2p3m6iLIs74Zg

Notable Mentions:

Marc Buckley Jr

https://twitter.com/MarcBuckleyJr1/status/1423256133330944003?s=20&t=UfXlK2kh-2p3m6iLIs74Zg

[player_tooltip player_id="243888" first="Darrel" last="Echard"]

https://twitter.com/DarralEchard2/status/1470828470062272524?s=20&t=UfXlK2kh-2p3m6iLIs74Zg
