<span style="font-weight: 400;">It is no secret that Team Full Gorilla is one of Colorado’s premier 7-on-7 club teams whose reputation spans across the nation. With a roster that has a plethora of the state’s top-ranked players, some of whom are among the top in the country, it comes as no surprise that TFG is able to provide dominant competition on a consistent basis.</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">With 7-on-7 being a passing battle, having proficient passers with stud wide receivers almost feels like a requirement. TFG has a phenomenal group of receivers, especially among the incoming senior class. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">This article will be looking at ten of TFG’s must-know receivers from the 2023 class.</span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="22761" first="Ismael" last="Cisse"] | Cherry Creek | 6'1", 180lbs | 1st-Ranked WR</b></span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Cisse is a reigning state champion and the top-ranked receiver in the state who checks all of the boxes. He has powerful releases, crafty route-running skills, and strong hands. His ability to locate the ball in the air then go up and snag it at its highest point is nothing less than elite. Cisse’s physical dominance as a WR has helped him garner serious attention from some major schools, earning scholarships from USC, UNLV, CSU, Nevada, Cal, and Colorado.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">It is important to note that Caldwell is not an official TFG member. However, he was able to get reps and compete during the scrimmage against Ducks7v7 which allowed for him to showcase his talents in a 7-on-7 setting.</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">If there is one thing about Caldwell that instantly stands out, it is his ability to create space and get open by either outrunning defenders or simply catching over them. He is a powerful route-runner with great speed and explosiveness, making him a must-know player regardless of where he suits up.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Hills is an electrifying athlete who has breakaway speed and next-level ball tracking abilities. He is a sure-handed receiver who is an extremely reliable target because of his tendency to find and exploit openings within coverages. Hills is still a low flyer as a recruit, making him one of the biggest WR sleepers in the state.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Horn is a versatile TE who can lineup tight or out wide and dominate against any opponent. He is a big target with great hands who uses his strength and speed to turn into a freight train as a ball carrier. In addition to being a viable option in the passing game, Horn can steamroll defenders as a blocker in the run game. Horn is easily one of the best TEs in the state and his stock will surely rise as he enters his senior season.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Dooley is one of those players that defenses have to key on whenever he is on the field. He is a crafty route-runner who can easily slip behind coverages with a simple jab step and elite acceleration and overall speed. He has a superb ability to track the ball in the air and secure the catch. Dooley is an exciting athlete to watch with a high ceiling as a potential recruit.</span>

He is explosive off of the line and dominant when high-pointing the ball out of the air, adding to his stock as a prime target in the red zone. Jenkins is poised to have a breakout season this fall.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Johnston is an absolute coverage destroyer from anywhere on the field and can dominate on all three levels of the passing game. He is an electrifying route-runner who possesses phenomenal run-after-catch abilities thanks to his elusive speed and overall shiftiness. Johnston is a new addition to the TFG squad and a reigning state champion who is a prime example of why it is important to scout talent regardless of size.</span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="150170" first="Landen" last="Loomis"] | Horizon | 5’11”, 167lbs | 16th-Ranked WR</b></span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Loomis is no stranger to the spotlight, mainly due to his playmaking abilities in traffic. He is a flashy player with great speed and shifty route-running skills that help him to create separation from defenders. When the ball is thrown in his direction, expect him to make a spectacular catch while remaining aware of his foot placement in regards to the boundary. Loomis has a lot of upside as a recruit and his upcoming senior season will be one to watch.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Siegler is another big receiver with a solid frame and serious power, especially when firing off of the line. He is a physical player with impressive route-running skills and strong hands. His ability to go up and come down with almost every jump ball is absolutely breathtaking. Siegler is a player whose stock is steadily rising this offseason, making him a player to keep an eye out for this fall.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Okuno is a shifty route-runner with great hands and a surprisingly wide catch radius. He knows how to exploit coverages and uses his quickness to turn upfield immediately after the catch. Okuno is an underrated player who simply shows up to work and lets his production on the field do all of the talking.</span>
