OL/DL [player_tooltip player_id="25448" first="Amos" last="Talalele"], Santa Clara HS
Talalele has seen his recruiting really pick up over the last couple months with some big time offers from the likes of Washington, USC, Cal and Nevada. Able to play both sides of the ball in college, he has immense strength at the POA and has a powerful punch while mauling defenders in the run game.
RB Jack Carner, Pioneer HS
Portland State just offered Carner and he is one of the most dynamic and versatile backs across the SJS. Through the first level, he shows good burst and vision in tight windows while able to break arm tackles and displays strong contact balance and open field speed while having good hands. As he moves through his Senior season, there should be other FCS interest come his way.
DB [player_tooltip player_id="190339" first="Warren" last="Smith"], El Cerrito HS
Smith is a long and physical corner that offers very nice upside at the next level and has reeled in offers from the likes of Arizona, Colorado, Boise State, Nevada and SDSU, among others. Physical in the run game, he is not afraid to come up and play near the box while very fluid in the open field and a natural high pointer with outstanding ball skills.
DB [player_tooltip player_id="145259" first="Sailasa" last="Vadrawale"], Rancho Cotate HS
One of the most dynamic and versatile players across Northern California, he recently picked up his second offer this week from UNLV. Also holding an offer from Nevada, it should not be long until other schools follow on offering one of the top corners in the 2023 class across the region. Vadrawale plays mostly safety on defense for his team but projects as a corner in college. On tape, it is clear he can do multiple different things on both sides of the ball and in the return game but his natural instincts, ball skills, hip fluidity in transition and twitch in the open field really set him apart.
DB Emmanuel Karnley, Pittsburg HS
Karnley is one of the most intriguing defensive backs across the entire state and has collected some P5 offers from Boston College, Arizona, ASU, Oregon State and Utah, among others. On film, he is an extremely physical corner with elite ball skills and feel for the game while understanding responsibilities and covering a ton of ground at the third level. Also having strong ball skills, and very technically sound in transition, he shows kick return abilities and impressive overall athleticism.
WR [player_tooltip player_id="282688" first="Phillip" last="Bell"], Christian Brothers HS
Bell is an elite talent at the receiver position and it is no surprise that Oregon offered him last week. Possessing big play abilities every time he touches the ball, he can go up and grab it in traffic while able to make defenders miss in the open field and stretches the defense from the outside receiver position. It should not be too long until he is a national recruit within the 2025 class.
