There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
Trent Grotjan- Lake Wales High c/o 23
5’11 180lbs
Grotjan had a very solid season for Lake Wales. He led them to a 9-3 record in the second in the district and passing throwing for 1748 yards, completed 64% of his passes, and threw 12 touchdowns. He was also very effective in the running game rushing for 436 yards, averaging over seven yards per carry with a touchdown. He’s a dual-threat quarterback that is very good in the quick passing game, read coverages quickly and gets the ball out of his hands extremely fast. Shows good touch and ball placement on deep throws and is accurate at all 3 levels. He’s also an outstanding student with a 4.3 GPA.

Mari Crooms- Eau Gallie High c/o 25
Crooms had an impressive freshman season for Eau Gallie in 2021. He split time and still finished third in the district throwing for 1633 yards and 15 touchdowns. He’s very good in the quick passing game, gets the ball out of his hands quickly and flashes accuracy on first and second level throws, can roll out to either side of the pocket and throw with accuracy. Player to keep an eye on the next few seasons and watch his development.

Trey Ulmer- Heritage High c/o 23
6’0 160lbs
Ulmer is an intriguing dual-threat Prospect for Heritage High in Palm Bay. This season he passed for 675 yards, completed 54% of his passes and three touchdowns through the air. He rushed for 361 yards average than outstanding nine yards per carry and 5 touchdowns rushing. Does a good job running the zone-read showing the vision and ability to hit the seem and produce big yards, athletic player and is very good on designed rollouts, shows good suddenness and acceleration through the hole. Shows good ball placement and accuracy on out cutting routes. Good athlete and a player to keep an eye on next season.

Mark Hinkel- Eau Gallie High c/o 23
5’10 170lbs
Hinkel split time with Crooms this season and still finished fifth in the district and passing yards. He threw for 648 yards, completed 55% of his passes and six touchdowns through the air. He also rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Hinkle flashes accuracy at all three levels of the field, is another quarterback with athleticism that can throw on the run with accuracy. He does a good job maneuvering in the pocket and keeping his eyes downfield and delivering the football. He looks to have transferred to Satellite High this offseason. Very good student with a 3.6 GPA.
