Over the past few days, we took a look at some of the rising prospects in the Class of 2023 on the offensive side of the ball. Today, we flip over to the defensive side with a look at three outstanding prospects who will be seniors next fall.

[player_tooltip player_id="300105" first="Colten" last="Cahill"] is an imposing figure on both sides of the line at North Harrison. Cahill is a big-frame defensive tackle who can eat up space in the middle. Cahill takes on blocks well, and he frequently defeats the blocker and makes the play. He is a solid tackler, rarely missing the opportunity to make a play. For all that he brings as a defensive tackle, Cahill is a solid option as an offensive tackle as well. He can drive defenders back and serve as an excellent lead blocker.
[player_tooltip player_id="276379" first="PATRICK" last="KENDALL"], 5’10, 210 pounds, Defensive Lineman, Cathedral
[player_tooltip player_id="276379" first="PATRICK" last="KENDALL"] can dominate at both defensive tackle and defensive end. Kendall’s film shows him primarily as a defensive tackle. Kendall has great quickness and pursuit for an interior defensive lineman. Kendall can chase outside runs and get himself in position to make the play. Last season, Kendall registered nine tackles with a pair of tackles-for-loss. Kendall added a sack and a pair of pass defenses.

[player_tooltip player_id="300007" first="Bralen" last="Bair"] is a ball-hawking corner who can provide special teams contributions as well. Bair is tremendous in man coverage. He can lock-down the opposing receiver when matched up one-on-one. Bair is a very dependable tackler. He has the vital ability to make a difference on special teams, covering kickoffs effectively. [player_tooltip player_id="300007" first="Bralen" last="Bair"] is poised for a big senior year.
