Nebraska’s 2023 prospects are off to a great start with several players already received several FBS offers (Coleman, Flores, Noonan, Ngoyi), some players have already committed (Sledge, Gottula, and Brahmer), and others are starting to break into the D1 ranks (McIntyre and Murtaugh).
Here are six players that I think will be the next to pick up their first Division 1 offers:
Adonis Hutchinson Adonis Hutchinson 6'1" | 170 lbs | ATH Lincoln | 2023 State NE (WR/DB/ATH) | Lincoln | 6’1″ 170 lbs
Interested Schools: South Dakota State, North Dakota State, Nebraska, South Dakota, Northern Illinois, Kansas State, Wyoming
Adonis is one of the top athletes in the 2023 cycle and several schools have begun to take notice. Hutchinson is a lockdown corner with the speed and skill to match up with any receiver in the state. On offense, Adonis is somewhat of a swiss army knife type player because he is utilized all over the field and plays different roles. Adonis is mostly lined up at receiver but he can also take handoffs on sweep plays and could even see time at QB. The point is to get the ball in Adonis’ hands and he will go and make a play. Adonis has already visited a number of schools in the fall with schools like Wyoming, Nebraska, Northern Illinois, and others looking to lure this talented prospect

CharMar Brown CharMar Brown 6'0" | 200 lbs | RB Creighton Prep | 2023 State NE (RB) | Creighton Prep | 6’0″ 200 lbs
Interested Schools: North Dakota State, Nebraska, Iowa State, South Dakota State, Yale, Kansas State
Charmar is currently our top-ranked back after he broke out in a huge way. Brown gashed defenses for 1,201 rushing yards and 16 rushing touchdowns and was the feature back in one of the toughest rushing attacks in the state. Charmar is a very speedy, athletic running back that is super shifty in the open field. What puts Brown over the top is his balance and field vision when he runs. He has great anticipation for running lanes and can cut and juke with ease. Brown has all the makings of a D1 running back and it’s only a matter of time before the offers start rolling in.

Victor Isele Victor Isele 6'3" | 220 lbs | DL Northwest | 2023 State NE (DL) | Grand Island Northwest | 6’2″ 220 lbs
Interested Schools: Wyoming, Nebraska, Nebraska-Kearney, North Dakota State, Bemidji State, South Dakota State, Wayne State, Augustana, South Dakota
Isele is a monster of a defensive line prospect and could see himself skyrocketing up teams’ recruiting boards. Victor is extremely explosive off the snap and has great short-area quickness to make quick work of opposing linemen. He also has tons of brute strength to force his way into backfields, in the past two seasons he has averaged over 15 tackles for loss. Isele is still flying under the radar a bit, but most of the area D1 schools have begun to take notice of Victor’s talent. Look out for Isele to rake in some offers in these upcoming months.

Korver Demma Korver Demma 6'3" | 230 lbs | DL Gretna | 2023 State NE (DL) | Gretna | 6’3″ 220 lbs
Interested Schools: South Dakota, South Dakota State, Augustana, Dartmouth.
Another talented defensive end prospect that will make tons of noise is Gretna’s Korver Demma Korver Demma 6'3" | 230 lbs | DL Gretna | 2023 State NE . Demma is a very athletic DE with exceptional speed and bend when attacking the edge. He broke out during his junior year with 54 tackles and a team-high 8.5 sacks while placing himself firmly in the discussion for top defensive ends in the state. Even with such a great season, I believe Korver is only starting to scratch the surface of his potential and will gain lots of attention from schools over the spring/summer cycle.
Had a great Junior Day visit to the University Of South Dakota! Thankyou @CoachBrown_DL for the invite‼️#GoYotes pic.twitter.com/CMrAyPa81n

Kellen Steuben-Allen Kellen Steuben-Allen 6'2" | 270 lbs | OL Bellevue West | 2023 State NE -Allen (OL) | Bellevue West | 6’3″ 250 lbs
Interested Schools: Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota State,
Kellen is a big, mean offensive lineman that plays for one of the most electric offenses in the state. Steuben is a versatile lineman that can play tackle or shift inside to play left guard. He has great size and moves very well on his feet, especially on pulling plays. Kellen does a great job moving into the second level when he’s run-blocking and is absolutely brutal in his blocks when he has some momentum going for him. Kellen is getting looks from several area D1 programs like the in-state Huskers, schools in the Dakotas, and Wyoming.

Henri Supenski Henri Supenski 6'3" | 270 lbs | OL Papillion-La Vista South | 2023 State NE (OL) | Papillion-La Vista | 6’3″ 270 lbs
Interested Schools: South Dakota, North Dakota State, South Dakota State, Nebraska-Kearney, Minnesota State-Mankato, Wayne State, Minnesota State Moorhead, Augustana
There is a lot of value in stonewall tackle prospect with a mean streak and that’s why I think Papio South’s Henri Supenski Henri Supenski 6'3" | 270 lbs | OL Papillion-La Vista South | 2023 State NE is going to be one of the next players to pick up a D1 offer. Henri is a very talented RT prospect that can shoot off the snap and provide great support in both the run game and in pass protection. He uses great hand placement and leverage to help him bring down opposing DL with some booming pancake blocks. Supenski is a little “under-the-radar” compared to other high-profile tackle prospects, but his game tape doesn’t lie and neither do his size or talent. Supenski has received attention from schools in-state and other programs from surrounding states. Don’t be surprised when Henri starts to draw in tons of offers.
Thanks again to @coachscholten for inviting me out to a game I really appreciate it!!#GOVIKES @PLSouthFB pic.twitter.com/QRp20IVKvg
