National Signing Day: Out of State Signees

We keep it moving with National Signing Day lists as we swing into the rest of the country with our signee tracker across the Dakotas. These were prospects that decided to take their talents out of state to play football at the next level. The Minnesota State-Moorhead Dragons take the title for the most commits from an out of state school with 16. Of course with being on the North Dakota border, it makes total since that they have the highest numbers of North Dakota prospects with 15.
