Pennsylvania’s group of offensive linemen in the class of 2023 might be the deepest of any position group in the state with four of the top five offensive linemen projected to be Power Five level offensive linemen at the time.
1. Jven Williams – Wyomissing
We start at the top with Jven Williams, the Penn State commitment burst onto the scene over the last few months and has quickly become one of the highest touted offensive linemen in the entire country. Williams has everything you look for in a Power Five offensive tackle. The size, the strength, quick feet, etc, he has it all and while we currently him as the No.3 player in the state of Pennsylvania, he has a strong chance in my opinion to be potentially the No. 1 player in the state come next ranking update.

2. Gabriel Arena Gabriel Arena 6'5" | 285 lbs | OL Bishop McDevitt | 2023 State PA – Bishop McDevitt
As we’ve talked about in our running back previous, McDevitt has one of the best backfields in the duo including two of the class of 2023s top five running backs. In front of most great running backs is also great offensive lines, which remains true at McDevitt and they’re led by Arena. The 6-foot-5, 285-pound offensive tackle is a bulldozer for Bishop McDevitt with a strong first step and consistently punishes opposing defenders. In run blocking, he consistently drives defenders backwards, never giving them a chance while in the pass protection, he’s a stonewall, opposing defenders rarely finding their way into the backfield.

3. Austin Ramsey Austin Ramsey 6'7" | 360 lbs | OL Roman Catholic | 2023 State PA – Roman Catholic
Ramsey is a massive prospect at 6-foot-7 and 320-pounds, making him potentially the most intriguing offensive lineman of the group. At his size, he moves pretty well and does a solid job at getting downfield in the run blocking. While he does have work to do on his technique and like almost all offensive linemen, he has plenty to refine in his game. That being said, due to his size and athleticism, chances are a Power Five school will take Ramsey in hopes of developing him into a star offensive tackle, the potential is certainly there.

4. Cooper Young Cooper Young 6'5" | 300 lbs | OL Downingtown West | 2023 State PA – Downingtown West
The 6-foot-5, 300-pound guard for Downingtown West was part of one of the best offensive line’s in the state along with 2022 prospect Drew Shelton Drew Shelton 6'5" | 280 lbs | OL Downingtown West | 2022 State PA . While Young isn’t as polished as Shelton, the upside is still there for him as he possesses a good first step and gets to the point of attack quickly, especially in the running game. It’s hard to judge where he’s at in his pass blocking based on his HUDL tape and Downingtown West’s offense but chances are there is quite a bit of work to do there. That being said, the foundation for Ramsey is there and he has all the tools to be a quality Power FIve offensive lineman at the next level.

5. Michael Dincher Michael Dincher 6'2" | 300 lbs | OL State College | 2023 State PA – State College
The State College native is one of the best guards in the state and is also quite the defensive tackle as well. Currently, Dincher projects to be a Group of Five offensive linemen but that could certainly change here over the next year. Dincher is quick to the point of attack and has a great bend, giving him a strong and sturdy base for both his run and pass blocking. He shows quality athleticism as well, being able to make sound blocks down the field. As a junior, he recorded 119 pancake blocks, a testament to his overall strength and athleticism.
