We will take at some of the class’ top athletes. These prospects can make a difference no matter where they line up on the field. These student-athletes further prove the point that the class of 2025 is star-studded.

Alex Shryock Alex Shryock 5'9" | ATH South Vermillion | 2025 State IN enjoyed a fruitful first season on the South Vermillion defense. The defensive back was all over the field in 2021. He made eight appearances at the varsity level. In that octet of contests, he made 44 tackles, 21 solo. Shryock also had one tackle-for-loss as well as one pass defense. Shryock has already reached a high level, 2022 could be a major breakout season for him.
Corbin Mathew Corbin Mathew ATH Rensselaer Central | 2025 State IN , Renssalaer Central
Corbin Mathew Corbin Mathew ATH Rensselaer Central | 2025 State IN was a constant this year for Rensselaer Central, garnering a lot of experience with 11 varsity games. Mathew contributed on both sides of the ball, carrying it 12 times for close to 100 yards. Defensively, he emerged as an impact player. Mathew registered 53 total tackles and three tackles-for-loss. Mathew snatched one interception while defending against two passes and forcing one fumble. He gained experience returning kickoffs, doing so on three occasions.

Cole Hussey Cole Hussey 5'11" | 165 lbs | ATH Tipton | 2025 State IN has started his career in style at Tipton. Hussey was brilliant defensively all season long. He accumulated 68 total tackles in his first high school season. He added one tackle-for-loss. Hussey proved himself to be a defensive playmaker as well. He posted four tackles to go along with one interception.
